i think one is called half puff, i need to know the rest of teh types of puff pastries as well

There's sweet puff pastry (with added sugar for dessert recipes like tart tatin) and savoury (without for i.e. seafood vol-au-vents). Filo pastry is also used as puff pastry - for making savoury pastries or baklava.
