I've been dating my boyfriend for 5 months..
he's 23 and I'm 20
We recently started to make love
but last saturday night he wanted me to talk bad during sex.
I didnt know what to say so I asked him to start..

he said really loud right off the bat..
"'IM GONNA RIP YOU IN HALF BIT'CH"
"YOU LIKE THAT..YOU DIRTY GIRL"

He said he was going to rip me half..I jumped up and turned the lights on and ran to the bathroom , put my clothes on and went back home.

That is some scary stuff.
Why would someone who says he loves you want to split me half?

weird and scary

I havent talked to him since.
He's been calling every hour.

this man needs help.

what to do if your wife wont sign a prenup. the prenup states the following: any spouse (me or her) who cheats loses 85% of marital assests, both partners need to contribute if one doesnt they do not receieve anything from the marital assests. in case of divorce neither spouse gets any assests of the other spouse that were obtained prior to marriage.

why wont she sign a prenup that has that? i dont understand

I have a three year old with my ex-husband. My husband is in the Marines. He is getting stationed in another state and my ex says he'll take to court and take custody of my son if I try to go. I have legal physical custody of him. His father has visitaion. He never comes and sees him anyways. Maybe once a month. can he do that? Will I be able to talk to the judge and tell him the situation and be able to take him with me?

Here is the situation. My wife is going to file for divorce soon. We have been married almost 2 years (Dec 30,2007 is 2 years)..

She says that she doesn't want to even try to rebuild our marriage because she doesn't think she can ever be happy with our marriage. She still cares about me and wants to remain close friends.

We are here because of some lies by me last month about paying bills and also because of a small (4-5 times a month) drug problem of mine (i'm in full rehab now under my own choice)...

My question is

Do you think she is not wiling to try fix our marriage because she is in shock? everything happened all at once in a 2 month timeframe.

Do you think that with time (the day i proposed is Dec 24 and our anniversary is Dec 30) she will realize how important being in each other's lives is and become ready and willing to give me a chance to rebuild our marriage?

Her daughter does not play with like him and never goes in her room. He loves to be in his room and play with his toys. Now my girlfriend just blow up on me saying I need to get ready of more toys since I asked for her daughter to get rid of some toys a month or so ago since she doesnt play with them. Am I wrong for keeping what he plays with? How would hand this? It got so bad my girlfriend said I will just leave when your son is in town...

It seems so easy to divorce these days. I do not think everyone takes into consideration their marriage vows said before God. Why do you think this is or is not? Thank you!

I told my mom that I wanted to get a piercing and she said no, I said I was going to do it myself and she took my liscense and grounded me, and I didnt even do it yet!

So we came to the agreement that I can get a fake one for 6 months, then a real one.

And she still wont give it back!

I've been married since April. My husband before we were married had been known to make out with other girls while we were together I found out about it later but he promised that since we were married that would no longer happen because he believes in the commitment of marriage. To my knowledge he obided by that until recently. I found out this past Friday that a week before that he made out with someone else and not just anyone else but his best friend A MAN!!! As the woman he's with I consider this a complete discrase and embarressment. Not to mention that he did this knowing that I'm pregnant and hard at work to support his jobless butt. He's dated men before (never had sex with them but done other sexual things) and the man he kisses he used to date. But he's been swearing to me for almost a year that he's straight!! When I confronted him about it he claimed that it was because of the alchohol. But I know for a fact that alchohol only brings out your desires not changes them.

My husband's cell phone has text messages stating that he loves this person forever, times to meet and days, it says on there have a nice day, places to meet. He denies he is cheating. How can he not be when he is the only one who uses that cell phone? He must think I'm totally stupid. The proof is right there.

while under the influence and with the boys, he sleeps with a stranger. It is the only time he has ever cheated and he confesses immediately to his wife. Should he be forgiven?

My mom said that any older woman will tell me that all men will cheat when they reach 40 years of age . She said she will hold my hand through the tough time Im to face in 10 years so I can learn forgiveness . Is she right ? Do all men get a "40year-itch"?

I try to keep my wife happy, I'm not rich and we can't go out everyday of the week , but we do things together, except that it's just about always what she likes only, movies, restaurants, tv shows, etc. Even if we leave to see a movie I want to see, we end up seing something she likes! She tells me she loves me but won't make love to me, she lets me after a while, but it seems as if I was with a rubber doll! She barely moves and get "hot" she just wants to get me off and then turns around and keeps watching TV or do whatever else. If I kiss her she wipes her lips after and says it's annoying to hve her lips wet, or even turns her head sideways so I miss her lips. When asking to have sex, she makes me wait for her shows or anything else she can think off, like playing with pets, then after midnight, tells me it's too late and goes to sleep! This is going on for years. I do my best to keep her happy and even ask her if she'd like sometihing different, she doesn't even respond!

It was always something else in my life: getting a job, getting to ne a pro, getting money, getting to know the world, the normal things you want until you reach that age that you start needing a partner for more than a week. I had a week of bloody dating with a man who had a 3 year old daugther and it was hell. Though the child stayed with her mom and there was no issued with parenting or of the sort, instead of dating with me, we were dating all three together. He tried to force his daughter on me before even starting to know me and see if there is any "the 2 of us" before going on the "the 3 of us" part. Pretty hell. Off the guy, because of the guy and not the child of course, though I was left with so much pain seeing what will happen to her for having a father like that. My question is, though I always felt a child is only an option, not a cumpulsory thing in life and though I am comfortable with the idea that I may never have my own, I might like a man who has a child of his own.
