Marriage & Divorce - 20 November 2007

Hi,
I got married on 6th May, 2007 and want to get it registered.
I belong to Yamunanagar district in Haryana and marriage took place at Barara district Ambala.

I went to tehsil in Barara to get my marriage registered last week and I was told by the Tehisldar to go to the sub-tehsil at Mulana as the residence address of my wife (before marriage) comes under that sub tehsil. And, there again we were asked to go back to barara Tehsil as place of marriage is at barara.

I came to know from some clerk there that there was a circular few months back stating that, marriage should be registered only at the place where it was solemnised, but Tehsildar was not convinced.

I need to know the law regarding this and also from where can I get that circular/notification copy to show to the tehsildar and avoid further harrassment.

i have been with my boyfriend for nearly 9 years and have 4 fantastic kids
my fella recently got in touch with an old flame from years ago and the have been chatting online for a while (i had no problem with this at all the were together about 14 years ago) i have spoken to her a few times but the other night he slipped up and told me he still had feelings for this girl i was a bit gobsmaked and put out and hetried to reasure me that it was only a what if thing i tried to forget it but he now tells me she feels the same and that they have said that if they are ever single in the future they will meet up! (she is married with kids)
now they have started texting each other all day then chatting online at night i tried talking to him and he said that ive no reason to worry cos hes not going anywhere and they just needed to get things out in the open so they can get on with being friends i am so confused about what going on in his head and he just tells me nothing when i ask any ideas?

Me and this guy aren't official yet but we pretty much are together.He is 3 hrs away which is why he doesn't want to make it official until were close enough too.He tells me "what if I want to hang out with someone and go to the movies ect. he says its not a sexual thing more so a friendship cause he doesnt know anyone..am I wrong for not wanting this?I told him I know what "hanging out" leads too..He says its not like that ..I tried to say what if it was me wanting to do it and he said I would say if it makes you happy..and then he ends it with I dont even know what I am asking because I want do it because even if I wanted too I feel like I am cheating on you..I said wtf I dont understand what ur wanting from me..he says to make me not feel like I am going to break your heart if I do it.. does anyone have a clue what is going on here??Should I just let him go with other people to places and stuff? Proverbs 31 tells us about the ideal woman, wife and mother. i always told myself before marriage that when i meet that special person and marry him i will be that ideal woman. but since ive been married i really struggled to balance everything.
i shudder to think what will happen if kids is added. one has to work, because you need money, then when you come home prepare food, clean the house, do the washing and dishes ect ect it never stops. at night im just to tired to stay awake and be intimate with my hubby as well...can anyone help me in trying to get the hang of this. ive been married for 2 and a half years and im 23.

He has a problem with poker. He plays 3 or 4 times a week. He treated me like **** my entire pregnancy, and would leave me all the time on the weekends to play. So I was pretty much alone all the time. Well when I had the baby by emergency -section..the same day later that night he never came back from taking my mom home home. I called and called, and he never answered. He finally showed up at five in the morning the next day and said he had been arrested for driving without a license. Well he never had a ticket to show me, and when I asked him a couple days later when court was he said "they said they would send me something in the mail". I knew something was fishy so I looked at the arrest records on the online court system, and there was no record of him being arrested. So I confronted him about it...and he said he really did get arrested. What do I do?? I dont want to believe he would leave me in the state I was in...but if I find out he did I dont know if I want to stay with him.

Under 35 years women face a real mid age crisis, as they feel ignored being left out after ther young age, having kids & family. Husbands are busy in work, kids with school, with age she is left alone without exhaust. She leaves her family, friends, lives second life after kids, is very lonely, physically down & out. At this stage one should look at living life in own terms without any guilt. Not necessary to expose, but carefully carving own exhaust system. husband left 7 weeks ago but only just moved into his own place say he needs time to forgive me for the emotional torment ie taking him for granted not thinking of him when i just went and bought things even if we couldn't afford it. i have realised my faults and he says he is starting to like the person in front of him but not romantically, he gave me his wedding ring back (because i don't want to loose it) and if it gets reused by use great we have a 3yr old boy who misses his dad greatly, he says he doesn't know if he can love me again or wants to but desperately wants a friendfship that we can build on (and then anything can happen) what should I do.

I am trying to accept that its over but it hurts he says he doesn't love me anymore or that he can see at the moment until he can forgive me its a closed book.

I really love him.

Husband used to use drugs & is now clean (I know via drug test). Had kicked him out then until he completed treatmt program. I had banned alcohol entirely from our home due to his overuse & lies about how much he drank. He "convinced me" that since he was "clean" of drugs that alcohol would be no problem, so I allowed alcohol back in our home-moderation 2 drinks max. His mom & he used to drink a12 pack/day @ our house when 1st child was only 2 mos old. Now he & his mom go out at least 1X/wk to a local bar after work & when she comes over here for me to cook dinner 2X/wk, I will have 1 or 2 with them, but I can stop easily, they usually don't. Moderation is no more! I have 2 kids under 2 and a half. Last Thurs, they were supposed to pick up a grocery order 4 me & failed to disclose about going to a bar but I suspected when they were late & both fairly sloshed-husband lied about how much he drank, as did she. I snapped because it has gotten so out of hand & can't or won't take the lies!

The baby's dad dumped me the very MOMENT i told him i was pregnant, he also demanded an abortion. i didnt get an abortion so i went through the pregnancy alone , supporting myself, i called him from the hopstail, he didnt come to see the baby. i even took the baby over there he wouldn't even look @ her. I am pursuing child support, and now he is requesting a paternity test. its absolutely ridiculous becuase he already admitted he knmows hes the father, it was never in disupste, he knows i dont sleep around. Anyways, im worried he is not a good guy to have around the baby. he is 30 years old, has mentla problems and is obsessed with mary kate and ashely and hialry duff movies. his dad is also very strange. I could use the child support money becuase im broke and single BUT i dont know that its worth it to RISK him filing for custody or visits, and my daugheter might have to spend time alone with him - it scares me. shuld i just go on our way and not go for child support?

and she believes that he will never cheat on her.What she doesn't know is that when she's not home he brings girls to their house to have sex and he tells them that his not married.

So i dicided not to tell myfriend as it's not my bisiness,a my doing the right thing.She trust him too much and they have 2 children together and they've been married for almost 10 yrs.

HE SITS ON THE DAMN THING FOR AT LEAST EIGHT HOURS A DAY!!!!!!!!! I leave for work at 2, I come home at 10, SAME SPOT, same laundry, same dishes, same mess in the room, same everything!! We have a baby girl who's 11 months and I KNOW he just ignores her and sits on the computer. He is leaving for basic training in a couple of months so you think he would spend more time with her! It's gotten to the point that I want to quit my job so I can be at home with her to ensure she is getting the attention and love she deserves!
No, he does not work! No, he will NOT do any housework! And if he does one thing, he brings it up for the rest of the week, even if it's just putting the damn clothes I WASHED in the dryer, not even folding them..
Should I take the risk of him f-cking DIVORCING me and throw all his game discs out the window and set a timer thing for Warcraft so he can only play for an hour a day? He will be so pissed, but I don't know what else to do!

He's 29 in April of 2008. He never knew what he was paying monthly for his car or car insurance/life insurance because his momma took care of that. We lived together for 2 years, and his mom constantly scolded us for eating out too much. She said this because she goes through his letters and does all his banking. When we broke up, she told me he would have saved 10k, but it was all my fault because we kept eating out? LOL. He has to see her once a week, or else she will think something is wrong. Everytime we fight, he runs and tells his mom, and his mom tells him to leave me (rather than communicating and coming to a compromise). He doesn't have any friends (no joke), so does that mean it's ok for him to run to his mom about his relationship problems? His mom is always trash talking other people- making fun of the mentally ill, people on medication, people who aren't all that attractive, people who are different, etc. Yet she is fraudulently milking disability benefits for a bad back

I feel so powerless and afraid for my girls...please read and offer ANY advice. I have physical custody of my 3 daughters, and my ex filed a restraining order against me (it WAS GRANTED!!!). He's claimed(obviously untrue) I hit them/put them in dangerous situations/don't bathe them/among numerous other insane accusations. He began a custody battle 2 mos after the div was finalized 1 yr ago. I can't afford to hire a decent atty. He was abusive in the marriage, hasn't had much interest in them until the last year. He simply doesn't want to pay child support. I'm a stay at home soccer type mom who LIVES for her children. He won't even help with homework. His lies are better than my truths. No ones even interviewed the girls, and I haven't been ALLOWED to present ANY evidence to the judge!Tomorrow I won't know the next time I'll be allowed to speak to or see them. I'm dying inside!Advice, prayers, moral support!? PLEASE! I can't believe this is happening to us!

i have tried but she keeps shooting me down she says stuff like her back hurts or she does not feel good i have tried to make a move on her every night and nothing happens i don't know what else to do i have talked to her about it
