Can someone tell me the difference between these?

This is a divorce situation in which the dad states that bonds were purchased/earned in order to PAY FOR COLLEGE, and a mom saying that they were given to the child through surveys a father participated in in thoughts of the child having the bonds as INVESTMENTS.

The lawyer is now asking... are they college bonds?
Were they listed as the child only or was a parents name listed on the bond too?

Can someone help me to understand this?

Thank you!

My hubby and I have been having probs! We have 3 kids together! Lately he's been talkin about divorce! He says he's been thinkin of gettin one with me! I am not sure what to say or think about this! Should I suggest marriage counceling? He rarely ever talks to me! He's more worried about his best friends (a girl) problems with her and her hubby rather than gettin ours taken care of! I am not sure what to think i am sooo confused about all this? Is my marriage over already? Why would he say this sooo close to the holidays?
CONFUSED & HURT!

I have been married for 15 years but now separated for a month now from wife. She decided to leave the house and was not happy. Ladies only. What do women want in a husband in a man? I did all the cooking, majority of cleaning and laundry for most of the 15 years, can't remember the last time she cook me a meal. I also went to school to make a better life and finished and still did all the cooking and cleaning when I got home. It just felt that it was not good enough. I also make a good living. I am able to keep the house, have nice car, and provide for my daughther. We did not have sex life, she would never kiss me on mouth or hug me, have not slept in the same bed since my daughter was born, she would always sleep with my daughter. I know I am not perfect, but do women want these things in men or not. Right now, I just focus on myself and my daughter try figure out what I want in life. I want to figure this out with god and for myself. I do workout 4 days a week.

who eventually told you "they were not happy", "loved you but was not in love with you", "believed you were best friends but could not be husband/wife anymore", etc, etc. How did you deal with it and eventually let go and move on? How did you deal with it if you had kids and had to deal with this person on a regular basis? How did you deal with it if they ended up leaving for another person?

Last spring, I hooked up with my friend's guy friend, a 35-yr-old prison psychologist with a nice trim body and natural blonde hair. Then I find out today that he is MARRIED with 3 kids and just recently filed for a divorce! =-O Uh-oh! (dumb $lut told me he was single, too) Before today, my friend wasn't aware that I'd hooked up with his psychologist friend. He indirectly blamed me for the divorce!(even though I haven't talked to this psychologist in recent months, and it was just a fun lil' fling I had after dumping some loser) Meanwhile, I tend to think that if he cheated with me so easily, he probably did it before and after...therefore the divorce blame lies more on his fault than mine.

So my question is...what do you think? Do most cheaters cheat more than once? Surely any divorce is probably due to a string of cheatings, or else perhaps they had marital problems prior to me meeting him, right? Just curious.

I really need to be more discrete with guys I meet :D

I think I'm traumatized because I remember when my mom was about to cook chicken and she washed it first...but I got grossed out because it looked like she was bathing a baby in the sink...so now I don't ever like watching meat being prepared....let alone do it myself.

I know I'll eventually have to get over it and stick my hand up a turkey's butt someday...wait <.<

Yes I'm aware we live in different times now but I'm just curious to know how important it is for a guy to marry a woman who can cook....

I have been at my job for 3 years and two reasons why I have stayed is because 1) I needed a low stress job to pay bills while I found something I like to do (which I have found, but just not successful at it yet) 2) my boss is great (until today). I mean he's still a good person, but I was hurt when we had a meeting with him and I felt somewhat betrayed because he basically told me and another coworker our jobs will be eliminated in Feb 08 after the companies merges and after they use our expertise and he knew about this for a while now & just told us today.

I was planning to go through IVF treatments with this employer and planned on getting pregnant, have baby, then quit within a year. The company covers 60% of IVF treatment up to $10,000 lifetime.

But I feel like if I stay, then any day now my employer will give me the axe because that's how these employers are. They just let you go whenever and I don't want to stick around until they do that, but I would like the healthcare.

I'm 22 so a lot of my friends are getting married and I'm sad to admit that the idea doesn't appeal to me at all. I think its because I see so many men (I KNOW, SOME women too) in marriages who just act like immature babies who can't be bothered to help or be involved. I'm only attracted to men, physically, so there's no problem there, it just seems like a crap shoot for women.

It probably doesn't help that my Dad is the WORST and he is a complete baby. He and my mom have been married for more than 37 years and she has always worked full time and busted a** taking care of us and our home. He never helps and whines about everything. Problem is, he isn't the only example I know of...he's the rule and not the exception from my observation.

So guys, gals...is there any hope for a better outcome for me or should I go with my instincts and stay single? What has your experience been?

I'm a professional photographer. I make a decent income. I'm also married and have 2 kids. I am attending college right now to get another degree in hopes that some day I can open and maintain my own studio and work for myself.

An answerer to my last question informed me that I have my priorities messed up and I'm selfish for wanting to go to college on top of my family and work obligations.

I was just interested in finding out how many other people would agree?

My parents have been divorced since I was eight (so for seven years), and now I spend every other week with my mom, and every other week with my dad. And at first, they didn't really argue. But now... it seems like that's all they ever do. And somehow, my name always seems to weasel it's way into the fight. I needed to get braces, and they faught over what was going to happen. Two years when I started high school, they faught over what school I was going to. My dad started working late, they faught over how I was going to get over to my mom's house when it was my week with her. Whenever holidays come, they fight over who I'll be staying with. The list is just ongoing, really. And now that Christmas and Thanksgiving and my 16th b-day are comming .... I don't know how they're gonna be...... and I just want to know..... did I do something that makes them fight so much? I know, I'm old enough to know that it's not my fault they split up... but is it my fault they're fighting?????

I have been playing football with my husband and his pals. they play a rough game of tackle which sometimes includes the men "accidentally" tackling the women by grabbing our boobs to tackle us. my husband says its all in good fun so to just deal with it when one of his friends does it to me. does anyone have any advice how to get these guys back? one problem is i'm only 5'4 and most of these guys are big and built

We have been married for 12 years. After losing his job 3 1/2 years ago he has spent it sitting on the couch playing a computer game. I make an OK living but not enough for the both of us. I refianaced the house two years ago and took some money out, but that has pretty much dried up. Now instead I am going into debt. My house is a mess since he will not lift a finger to do anything. I just don't want to live life this way any longer. I want to be able to make this right for the both of us. Splitting up is always difficult. I don't want the yelling or screaming, just a clean break. How would you go about this if it were you?
