Are you really willing to deal with the level of concealment that would be needed to carry out this relationship? You can never appear to be intimate in any way while on the job. You can never be seen in public together unless you go to a town 50 miles away to avoid running into a co-worker. You wont be able to chat about him with the other girls at work when their discussing boyfriends. You really can't tell anyone because you never know who will talk and who wont. In many ways, you'll have all the same complications as two people carrying on an affair. And if the relationship lasts and becomes serious, then you could both lose your jobs. Are you both willing to take these risks? Personally, I would, but I'm stupid when it comes to men. Don't be like me.

Yo, ever heard of the term, sexual harrassment? And read your office rules/regulations on dating coworkers and bosses? Well, you better start hunting for another job and leave the job with your pride in tact. Dont do it - never good idea to mix pleasure with business.

More details please. Are either of you married? If you go into a relationship, and it turns out badly then one of you may have to leave the job. Which is more important to you - a romance or the job?

Labor law violations are screaming!!!
Either you need to get a new job, he gets a new job, or you both stop "showing interest on each other"

If he has not contacted you in 2 months .. then he must not want to contact you.
You can either approach him first. Or - you can do nothing .. until he approaches you.
When someone is really & truly interested - they usually let you know it.
