Marriage & Divorce - 12 November 2007

Hi, I am 4 months pregnant and I have a two year old step son that was cared for mostly by his grandfather and I feel was neglected. He is more than 25 % delayed in all areas and is just now trying to walk. I am sure all mothers know how difficult it is to keep up. He doesn't sleep but between 2 am and 8 am and I have to get back up at 3 or 4 to get my husband up and off for work and I am usually up an hour or more at this time so I get very little sleep. I feel bad because it is to the point where I am having trouble coping and I seem to cry all the time. I do not work I am just staying home with the baby. His progress has come very far he is finally gaining weight and in 5 months has gone from barely crawling and sitting in the floor staring into space to now he is toddling, jabering and is into EVERYTHING!!! I never have 5 minutes to catch my breath. My husband helps me on the weekends and he helps me watch the two year old at night so I can get some extra cleaning done.

Please someone help me out here. We are hardly having sex. Since I'm off the pill I feel soo much better, mood swings are subsiding and my humour is a lot more stable. However, he doesn't like the idea of using or doing anything that "interferes" with the moment. I don't want to go back on the pill because I like myself better this way, but this situation is not sustainable. Please readers, I need your sound advice

Ok, so those of you that have read some of my other posts know that I am pregnant and I can't have sex because the doctors have put me on full pelvic rest. Ok so we have always agreed that either of us can be with other women as long as the other one knows what is going on. Neither of us has really done anything both due to a lack of want to and oppertunity. We have although played around with my sister and her husbands. The girls didn't touch and the guys didn't touch, and it was just oral. Since I have not been able to please him I have encouraged him to take advantage of this and there is one girl he talks to but that is all. I download porn for him to watch when he gets home from work and stuff like that.
My friend was horrified when she found out about this, she said that I was being stupid and asking for trouble. However i think it is a good idea to be open to new things. What do you think?

I talk to my ex on the phone once a week. He calls me I dont call him. I dont mind we have good conversation but the feelings are still strong on my part. But he told me that he has strong feelings for a lady friend that has an STD (and a boyfriend).CRAZY! Why would he tell me that. I dont want to know. He told me a couple a weeks ago he could have seen us together if we had not moved apart??

His comment hurt my feelings

Im not messing with him at all (since we broke up) we live in two different states. Im just curious why the hell would he say that!!!

I have a feeling he is still hung up on his ex wife. He says she is his friend, but he says he has to do this and that because if he doesnt do it, she will take him to court and he will have to pay much more in child support. I dont really call that a friend.
He lets her do his taxes. He pays for her cell phone. She was still on his checking account until I threw a stark raving fit.
She borrows his vehicles to drive and she is made privy to all my personal business. We have dated for about 5 yrs now since about 5 months after his divorce. I did not know him before this time.
She is re married. I think she is keeping her eye on the cash flow in order to get her share by keeping in his financial business which by the way he says is none of my business.
I think he is trying to be more than just her friend. I really believe he is having trouble letting go of the past. What do you think? They are divorced for 4 yrs now.

Basically here's the jist of it (SORRY NO LINK)

A guy found out that his wife of 10 yrs was having an affair for a bour 5 months with some other guy who was also married. When she went on a business trip for the weekend the husband pretty much packed up the house and was gone! Cleared out his half of the bank account and the house. All she was left was her clothe in the closet and some other things. He then later (some how!) found the other man's wife and Emailed her about the affair. No info on that side.

The cheated on husband pretty much deserted his adulterous wife. Took the money and the house virtually. THEY HAD NO KIDS!!

Now some people actually critized the husband in the article.

Was he too quick to run? Should he have tried to work things out?

I personally find it fantastic!!

Been married 1 1/2years I have a 1y/o son with my current wife, and a 2y/o daughter w/ someone else. We fight all the time about little stuff and big stuff, she has hit me a couple of times, we've both cheated, I dont trust her, and she probably dont trust me. I dont feel like she treat my daughter the same way she treat our son. We have sex like 1 a month and its usually horrible. Since I have been married my life has gone down hill.
Im 25 she'll be 24 in December, we've actually been together off and on since highschool, about 7 years.

my bf has always told his ex's (when they were together).. even thought they had children together they were not family..well my daughter called me outside to tell me she wanted to join the army.. when my bf asked me why she called me outside and could not talke about what ever infront of him.. i told her what she said.. i did ask her .. she said he was not family.. the thing he alwasy told everyone before me.. she told me he was not family and sense he did not want to be married to me it showed he had on intersest in being family.. he got mad about it.. wtf.. I have been with the same guy for 5yrs (never broke up once throughout this relationship). We have talked about marriage and he tells me that he wants to wait until he is 30 (propsal at 28-29)to get married, I on the otherhand would like to be engaged around the age of 26, and will wait at least 2 years to get married. I just dont know if I want to wait that long to get married. Right now we are both 23-24yrs old, and obviously do not have the money to get married anytime soon, nor can afford an apt, condo, house (you get the pic.). I guess I can understand why he wants to wait: A year ago friends of ours got married and recently had a baby, in a ton of debt, and live with her grandparents, my b/f says he does not want to start out in debt, and would like to save as much as possible before beginning a future with me. My question to you all is, how long would you wait, and does this sound like a reasonable answer that he is giving me? I love him to death and am trying to save as well.

we have been together 8 married 6+. since july this year a slowly emotional distance and no affection for 2+ months and no sex period since late june. this is my 2nd marriage and her 1st. she is 13 yrs younger and no real career sicne she has been a stay at home mom for 3 years . she has found new friends at work , which was part time. there has been a number of times coming home late am and some times not at all. now we sleep in separate rooms and she relly does not want anythind g to do with me. i love her sooo much but how much more of the emotional abuse can i take. i think she is cheating and have seen her with other man for lunch and cell phone records ..wel long calls to other men aka friends. i had a long demanding job so i was not there emotionally for her . we tried cousiling 1x and ashe said no. you work on you and i will work on me, she needs space but for what , i am on her *** about time away from me...wht to do

I hate life and I don't know how to make it better... what should I do?
I'm in school right now (college). I hate it. I'm suffering from severe depression (for 9 years). I feel all alone. I have friends but I don't trust them because they gossip a lot. I am a junior but I don't know if i'll be able to make it. I can't take it anymore. I'm not doing as well as I want in my classes. I have a lot of hospital bills to pay. No job. I don't know what to do. My parents can't afford to pay for me.
I was almost used by some guy whom trusted enough to lose my virginity with. But I got out of it before it got bad. But it still hurts that someone would try to use my kindness for weakness.
I'm getting over it day by day but I dont think I'll be able to trust another again.

I don't like being at school and I don't like being at home.

I'm stuck in a rut. I guess you can say that I am venting but it's the only thing I can do right now to make me feel better... sort of...

I have been in a relationship for 5 months. Not married, b/f & g/f. My problem is is that his true colors are starting to show. He has 2 beautiful little girls, all he wants to do is fuss at them. He belittles them and calls them names when they cant do their homework right. Now he is starting to do the same thing to me. He has hit the girls but he has not hit me. But I am scared to death of him. Every move I make I am constantly looking over my shoulders. I have no privacy, where are you going what are you doing? I cant get a job because he is jealous. I want to get out, but I cant. Finances, and I am scared of what will happen to his girls. I have become very fond of them. I have looked into shelters cant go unless I have children with me ( the kids ar his not mine). I cant go to the cops because he is one of them.....Does anyone have any suggestions?

I've been married for a couple of years. This is the only man I've been with. We have sex once every other month, and I'm pretty sure he's doing it just to shut me up. The sex is good but it seems like I'm forcing him! We are in our late 20's. We talk about the lack of sex all the time and he says that his sex drive isn't strong. But once every other month seems like he has no sex drive at all!

I've been through a lot in life and need a release. What can I do? I'm ready to pack my bags!

Ok so to make a very long dramatic stupid story short, my inlaws have decided that they hate me, and my children, My husband is my girls step dad, and together we have a son. My husband also has a son from a previous marriage that he has sole custody of. The only child that they want anything to do with is my step son, even though my son is also their blood granchld. They wont even step foot in my house. IT all started last year, and to be honest i really dont get it. I got along great with them for a long time. Now its like Im the plague. i feel like they would do anything to get rid of me .
anyway, for christmas they told my husband something about drawing names so that their wont be any conflict(i dont know what that means, as i have tried to be the bigger person through it all.) SO here is my question...should i ask my husband to tell his family to take my name out of the drawing since everyone of them seem to have something against me.

My cousin marred a 17 year old a few weeks ago and he died yesterday in a car accident. She is refusing too let us burie him or even attend his funeral, they have only known eachother about a month. Do we have any rights? Do we have to go to court to be able to bury him?
