Husband has possession of the car and is to pay the loan payment as agreed to in a dissolution of marriage agreement. The dissolution is final. If husband defaults on the loan can the title and possession of the car be transferred to the wife? Or if car is repossessed, can the wife reclaim the car if all back payments and fees are paid, and will the title be put in her name?

Ok so I know most mother-in-laws are a bit annoying but mine is over the top! She calls my husband at least 4 times a day & for the stupidest things! She not old and helpless shes in her 50's and married to a guy in his 30's, but she calls on my husband for every little thing! She is very into gardening & if she need something like a heavy pot moved she calls him! And she expects him to drop anything he is doing to do it! If he tells her he is busy she guilts him into it! She calls him to remind her how to use her remote, or to ask him to remind her later her show is coming on and tons of other crazy things! And she is so demanding, we offered her one of our old T.V's when we bought a new one but she asked why she couldn't have the nicer one in our guest room! Then she said we needed to bring it over by a certain date! She calls while were out to diner & expects him to talk anyway, and he does! It is driving me crazy and I fear it is going to end our relationship what can I do?

this is perfectly acceptable behaviour and not disgusting.

But if a married considers open marriage or swinging this is disgusting?

We have a home but his career takes him out of town as does mine. We can't seem to ever get together because of our wierd schedules. We have talked about divorce (mostly over the phone) but we really love eachother and don't want to split. We talk everyday and try hard to stay together. What would you do in my position?

How do I tell him I've decided to move out again? We've been trying to work things out with a counselor for 3 months now and we're just cohabitating at this point. When is the best time to tell him I am moving out?

and she was your only partner ever....would you cheat to see what you missed out on?

Or would you try and negotiate some kind of open marriage, perhaps swinging?

Or simply divroce to live the single life?

Hi, my name is Chen (pronounce Wen)....and I've been feeling kinda depressed.....I miss my complete Best Friend, knowing she wudnt be getting married...you see?

i miss my ex gf, Lauren, a lot, you could see the whole story of how we got together in my other questions....it's been quite a few months and I miss her....apparently I found out she had an arranged marriage by her family...I mean, she's still not married yet tho...but......can I still get her to be my gf? I miss the laughs, picking on her, and having her always come over to my house everyday and watching our favorite azn dramas together, and how we use to play songs onto piano from the dramas, and many more factors....any help?

I remember how her family canceled the arranged marriage after she talked to them a few months ago, but then, they changed their minds later and that's how we broke up...I hate this feeling sooo much...Help plz? How can I get a lost heart back? or How can I get over being confused..all the tyme?

My husband spends all his spare time at the pub he dosn't want to be with me and seems our children.last week he spent every night there and uses the excuse he works so hard.
i have had enough.he told our children he would watch them at swimming club but on the way home we saw him at the pub and didnt get home till late claiming he was so tired from work i cant remember the last time he sat and ate a meal with us.
to all our friends he is just the best person hes funny, generous and seems to be caring but at home he is completly different.
i love him but have had enough of his drinking and him thinking about himself. after plenty of arguments to try and keep him at home so we can be a family i have had it and he has gone have i done the right thing.the kids are used to him not being here and seem ok but they will react as this goes on longer

I grew up with the adage that a way a man treats his mother is how he will treat his wife (in regards to respect). So, I am wondering if you think that a man that hates his mother, or has no relationship with her, if he will be a poor choice for a husband.

Ugh! I am about to pull my hair out! Me and my mother-in-law do not get along. We used to when me and my husband were jsut dating but once we got married man its been fight after fight and after the latest one (3 months ago) we havent spoken to each other. I apologized over e-mail because it bothered my husband we were fighting and it took her 1 month and 1/2 later to finally apologize to me and isnt there a such thing as its to late. I cannot accept it because it doesnt mean anything to me now?? After I apologized to her she called my husband and told him SHE had said sorry FIRST and I was the one who ignored her. She lies and maniuplates him like that all the time. I want nothing to do with her. Me and my husband are TTC #1 but I do not want her to be apart of my chilren's life and my husband wnats her to be. Now me and my husband are starting to fight and I do not want her to come between us! My question is do I have to be the bigger person and end this WAR WORLD III between us?

My husband is heavy on my mind tonight I guess...

Anyway..he is 39, I am 24. About three years ago he told me (we have been married a year this December) that he wanted me and he was going to do what it took to "win me". :P (I never told him, nor hinted that I thought he should lose weight. I just ..can't do that. Not to anyone!)

Since that time he has lost about 140 lbs (he says) because he felt his "young wife deserves to be with a man who at least looks like he is young".

First of all 40 is a young age! Good grief. :P Second, it is starting to freak me out. He weighs about 180 now and I think he is just perfect. He tells me he is working on losing more. I don't want him to! Do I have a right in telling him that? He exercises in some way everyday, which I know is good. But he pushes himself to much it seems. He says he wants to lose another 20 before May 2008.

!!!!!

I have instigated counseling 5 times...he hates it. I have tried everything under the sun to make this work. I have been nice, mean, easy, strict, sweet, bitchy...you name it I tried it. He is lazy, self centered...he won't help around the house (he feels his 40 hours a week is contrubution enough...he does minimal chores), he refused to take the dogs for a walk, he doesn't help maintain the house, he is grumpy and cranky to the kids...and I am at my wits end. I have talked until I am blue in the face and it always ends up in a fight. I am tired of fighting and wonder if I should just end it. He is currently on day 2 of not speaking to me because he wanted to watch porn on the living room TV and I asked him if the kids were asleep three times (3 x in about 30 seconds...I was asleep when he put it in and I woke to find him watching it) he said I "ruined it for him". I am tired of fighting and have been thinking of divorce for years...as a matter of fact...for 12 years...

So many times I see cases of marriages broken by cheating spouses. I hear about the other woman, or man ( as the case may be) destroying 'our' marriage.
Do people really distrust their spouses that much? Are people really that insecure?
I would think that if your spouse truly loved and respected you, they would turn down ANY advance, by ANYONE. Regardless of ANY circumstances. So, if that spouse says YES to the advances, why is it the other party who is to blame? Everyone has the right to say NO. We are not defenseless baby springboks being taken by a hungry lion. The spouse is the one who has made a solemn promise, not the other party.
I would trust my wife to say NO.
I would trust myself to say NO.
Surely anyone who convinces you spouse to say YES, is doing you a favor by opening your eyes to the person you really married instead of the person you thought you married.
Even if this person knows that your spouse is married and pursues them anyway. Your spouse has the last word. NO!

I donate plasma with my husband every so often. Every time we go he wants me to wear a hat, and if possible sweats. I have long blonde hair.
He wears a hat as well.
I get hit on a lot, i don't know if that matters.
