my husband and I live in Nashville TN and I am from another state, we need more couple friends in our lives however we don't have children and are very young.

Join a local church, go to the health clubs. Go to the country dancing places and meet people.

Why do you need more couple friends? Isn't each other enough? Having more "friends" exposes you and your husband to temptations of extramarital affair. Be very careful. Haven't you heard of best friends having affairs with their spouses? It's a frightening thought.
