by going a bit slower and really getting to know that person well before making any commitment to them. when a relationship is new and in the honeymoon phase its always like this, so u have to really get to know them well.

why do you feel you have to be in control. Marriage is about compromise and sharing. No one owns the other you just choose to share you life together. Slow down and enjoy each other. It is a great roller coaster ride.

Being the 'head-over-heels' type, I think being in control is way overrated. If it feels good, do it. If, however, you have doubts, just don't make yourself available every time he calls or wants to get together.

You first realize that no one has "control" and you just go with the flow. Take things slowly and really get to know each other. Don't rush things and just fall in love.

I go for a walk to cool down and try to keep a level head on my shoulders while confronting a conflict. After that I do my best to work it out. No problems yet.

Let nature take its course. We never have full control over everything, so just take things slow.. it's usually worth the wait.
