Marriage & Divorce - 22 October 2007

Last year I started chatting with guy from louisiana. He was in the middle of a divorce and I was just bored..we talked about everything and were close for a while just chatting..we never made plans to meet..eventually we would just talk on the phone..
Later he became busy and so did I. He eventually started a relationship on the phone and online with some girl in Indonesia, which was great cause he was starting to annoy me..needless to say there were no more mutual feelings of any sort..I ignored all his emails for about 7 months.

2 weeks ago I get nonstop phone calls to my cell which is horrible..and he texted me about 10 times..I still ignored it. I finally called back when he texted my home address and threatened to come over if I didnt meet him...he has a connecting flight from CA to go see this woman in Indonesia..he will be back on the 31st..I tld him I'd meet but now I definitely have decided NO WAY!! I sent him a message that i am busy and sick and tired of this crap..

I have been dating him for 5 months, we agreed to be exclusive, as I always have a feeling that he is keeping his options open, I asked to break up 2 weeks ago, he stopped me and talked about changing job to move in with me. He looked so serious that I didnt leave him cos I really like him a lot.
Today I found his account on a dating website, so I broke in his account(he has the same password as his labtop's log in password which he told me), and I found out he has set up a meeting with a girl for tomo.
I dont like doing things like this, is my behavior bad?
He has been seriously looking for a job in my area and talked about moving in December, why is he still meeting others?

by nature we are not meant to be monagomous.
biologically, women are meant to breed with more than one man. just in case a man hands now a genetic illness to the child...to prevent this from happening to the next child a NEW male partner would decrease the chances.

men claim they cannot be monotamous because they need multiple partners to spread their seeds.
women cant be either due to the reason i have stated above.

so i have a friend that is in a very abusive relationship. he was raised to never hit a women and also raised in a very abusive environment. through out his life he never made many friends, the ones he made often backstabbed him. now he is married to a wife that constantly hits him, varies from hands to actual objects. in their 5 year marriage he had to go to the hospital to get 2 stitches, he has marks all over his body. when I asked him about this he says that he deserves it and that he upset his wife. he always tries to change, which im not sure what he changes cause I dont see any reason at all why she hits him. he randomly calls her from work telling her he loves her, he buys her flowers randomly, he gets her pretty good gifts and makes sure she gets the best. she doesnt work just hangs out with her friends and is home. he also cooks and cleans. he is afraid that no one else will love him, when i talk to her she also says she loves him but that he is stupid. what am i to do?

I been married for 4 years now. and we have a 3yr old son. I am bored we never go out anywhere and I feel im wasting my life. I am 23 years old and have never gone to a bar or concert or anything. Ive tried talking to him and telling him how I feel but nothing changes. What should I do? We both work and make decent money so we are finacially stable and have the means to pamper ourselves but we never do anything.

we have one other child , been married a few months own our home and my husband makes decent salary . He forced me to have an abortion about six months a go I became pregnant both times on b/c . He says he will leave , kill himself etc. He thinks it is okay for a womens body to undergo abortion over and over . How do i make him understand this is not the answer again . I do not know what to do I am a student and I do not work. I am thinking about going along with it and dumping him when I graduate college.

I'm a married 20 year old, & I have good reason. My stepdad was very abusive & I couldn't stay in college as an independent unless I was married. My husband is a wonderful guy, but I've been told that I may be in another abusive situation & that he's mentally abusive. He can get mean & he gets angry @ me over little things. Today, he got mad @ me because I was sick & missed an exam & I forgot to email my teacher. He has 2 sit out of college a year because he failed some classes. He has no right to get mad @ me for that. Also, he gets really angry if I talk to my grandma. He asks me why I talk to my family if they let my stepdad be abusive to me. I love my husband more than anything. Just the other day we went out 2 a movie & then came home & had pizza & it was fun. But it seems like we go out when He wants 2. He mostly stays here & plays computer games. I'm the one supporting us mostly. I love my husband and i dont want 2 talk bad about him, but are my friends right? What should I do?

My husband works 12 hour shifts 5 p.m. - 5 a.m. Monday night thru Friday night. I work during the day. I have nothing to do when he is at work. We can't have kids, and my only hobby - the only thing I'm really good at - is cooking. What fun is that if there's nobody around to taste it? I just want some ideas of something to do besides sitting on my rear in front of the TV.

I have alot of circumstantial evidence that that highly suggests he cheated on me. Ofcourse I have asked him and even confronted him with the evidence and he had a million dollar answer to my questions. I have called her and tried everything to get her to tell me....just flat out asking, damn near begging and pleading with her, I've been nice and not so nice. They are both sticking to their answers that nothing happened. MAYBE thats true, but with the evidence that I found, I highly doubt it. The evidence is: secret phone calls to her from his business cell phone (the bill dont come to my house, goes to his employer, I found out by viewing his bill online) he deletes the call history of them two calling each other, when I asked him if he ever called her, he lied and said, no, just emails, ofcourse he didnt know that I knew he did. So i just let him lie to me. So, he aint gonna tell, too much to loose, but how do I get to her, to get her to tell me?

My husband and i have been married for more than 8 years and we have no kids. In the first few years of our marriage, we tried very hard to have kids but we have no luck. There was a lot of disappointment and pressure from the family to handle. In the last couple years, we didn't talk much about kids, tried not to give ourselves too much pressure. My husband is now 44 and I'm 36, we now decided not to have any kids coz we feel that it is a little too late. We're planning early retirement and don't want to work till we're in the 70's too see our kids graduate from college. My mother in law came over for dinner the other night and she asked me if we're going to have any kids or not. I told her we decided not to and told her the reason. I know she is disappointed and upset, but i guess i need to tell her the truth.

Run down of bills

I am 22 years old
I credit card bill a little under 1,000
Student loan not exceed 20k
Car note and insurance 350 a month
Bus card of about 85 dollars a month
lunch for work

How many people have had these expenses and still was able to afford a one bed room apartment in a top city (Atlanta, Chicago, Los Angeles). I am in dying need to move out. Paying 300 in rent already with no room to save. Must do it now. Thanks for all help!

A man named TY is 36 years old single male.While growing up TY was asked to leave home being in g@ng.TY moved to this apartment as my friend Di but they never knew eachother.After some months TY went abroad to work met my friend Di kept in touch saw eachother in social functions.TY gifts her perfume,chocolate.Di sends cards for TY birthday.TY goes to Di cousin,told on Di but refuses when Di confronted.After Di contacts TY when replying curses alot in mails,tells everything to Di cousin who in turns tells TY all of Di family secrets.TY and Di's cousins close relationship is cause for concern now.

After few years their friends meet to fix their meeting to make peace between TY and Di.TY tells on Di with her cousin again whose got audacity to verbally lash out shaking up Di friends for meeting TY friend to make peace between TY and Di.Di tells her cousin to get lost since shes not in touch with TY.Now Di wants to meet TY directly in person finally.

It seems he met this woman while he was on agolf trip with his buddies. They were in a bar she was staring at him so he asked her to dance, bought her a drink and then he left. Next night they are at same bar ,she sits with them and he walks her home.Next morning she phones him asks where he will be that night, he tells her, they meet again,he walks her home again,goes in for a drink, another couple is there,he goes back to his hotel, she leaves next morning, to go home. She calls him several times that week to invite him to stop at her home on they way home ,she is having a party. He and another man do so. He tells me nothing went on,and says he made a big mistake, I am having a hard time getting over this betrayal and no longer trust him, what advice can you give me.

My friend who seems as "normal" as can be, told me once that she attacked her husband after they had a huge arguement. Attacked as in punching him. She is 5'2 and weighs 125lb, her husband is 6'2 and is a pretty big guy. He has bever layed a finger on her. Well...last night she told me again that she got angry at him after an arguement and started to punch him, not in the face but on his back or wherever. She kind of laughed about it and said it has happened a few times. She says he gets her so mad that she can't control it, but then it blows over. What do you think?? In the back of my mind I couldn't help but think she needs anger management. She was never abused or hit and had a great upbringing. But I feel bad for her husband. If he was the one punching her, i'm sure it would not sit well with her or anyone for that matter. I dont think he hurts physically, but mentally and emotionally, it must start to get to him if its happened more then once. What do you think?

I am happy to do it, they've been together 7 years, they make each other happy but...they got together while he was married to my Mum so there's a bit of awkardness there, and while I'm going to support him, I'm not really sure why the whole marriage thing is necessary so would like to participate but not say anything that doesn't ring true for me. Any suggestions?

I also take care of his 4 kids. 13, 10, 9, 7. I proposed to him on his birthday because I felt waiting for him would be a loss. We talked about marriage and children a few times, and he said he doesn't want any more kids because of what the ex-wife has put him through.
