Well, yes, I really think it would be OK. And I do not really see any negative impacts on anyone not gay. So why not? It is mainly just a legal way set up to manage property, etc.

So really don't see anything wrong with it.

While I have heard whining about it from extreme right wing, I have yet to hear any real substantive arguments against it. The ones I have heard have been without substance.

I say if it will bring happiness to those that are gay, then it should be allowed.

My personal opinion is yes, anyone who is in a loving, trusting, respectful relationship it shouldn't matter who they are as long as there consenting adults. It's not part of your question, but people who claim to be "Christians" should know that God doesn't make mistakes and he made every man and woman in his image, and I know with 100% ccertainty that bible believing Baptist say the most important thing about a marriage is that both spouses be saved and right with God, NO HUMAN on this earth can say that's only between a man & woman.

There's a few ways to look at it...If they want a Christian marriage I would say no..In the Bible in Romans it says a man should not be with a man and woman should not be with a woman. It's un-natural...That's what God said.
My wife's nephew is gay..and he is a good person..I watched him grow up..I don't mind him being gay and I will not judge him either..and I've told him is more than welcome in my home..and his friend to. I will say the Government use's the bibel when it wants to..and that's not right..Church is supposed to be apart from Governemnt...and it does not work that way.

Absolutely not. Marriage is a God ordained institution and was made for a man and a woman. Seems ridiculous that they would even want to marry. They have rejected God so why would they want to enter into a biblical covenant.
If they where truly looking for "equality" then civil unions would suffice, but of course that is not the ultimate goal is it.

Absolutely. It's not a matter of religion or government. It's a matter of love. When two people love each other enough to unite and spend the rest of their lives together, people should just back away and LET THEM BE! It's not hurting anyone. It's their business.

No! You think kids are confused now, imagine in the future when they are raised by two dads that are married or two mothers all of which are confused about their own sexuality and what role they play. Ugh what is the world coming too?

I don't see why not, the government has taken so much control over playing God. I don't see the harm into allowing two people, gay or not to marry. I am straight, and I won't be living in another persons household, so I don't see how it will affect me. Who the hell is the government or state to say who you can and can not love. They talk of it being against the bible etc....isn't casting the stone against the bible isn't loving thy neighbor one of the 10 commandments?
