When it rains she wants me to take her to school instead of standing at the bus stop. She tells me to meet her at the bus stop instead of the house. She told me her mom does not want her to go with me. I told her to ask her and that is what she said. I told her to ask her out of consideration. I believe I am not breaking any law by picking her up. I have been told that when the children request being with me that denying them this time is not in the best interests of the kids. I had mentioned earlier that I have approval to bring my concerns in front of a judge and this is one of them. I just know my ex will tell my kids "daddy is taking mommy to court" and make me look like the evil one. As my kids get older they are wanting to decide who to spend time with and the court needs to know. Anyone have some more insight?

One of my neurotic male co-workers said that it is really not cheating if you decide to have relations with someone other thatn your spouse only one time. It's only cheating if it's a ongoing affair. I say they are both cheating, what about you ?

my bf and i recently broke up. We had a live-in set up for many years. he was the one who initiated the break up. I moved out. there was a third party. but after just a few days he sends me txt messages saying that he misses me, and he thinks he loves me even more now. he asked me if i would take him back. but he still has a relationship with the girl. i told him i would have to decide about that once he breaks up with the girl. He tol me he's willing to break up with the girl. But it seems that its taking him too long to decide.I tol him not to call or text me anymore. That my doors are closed completely. Now he always calls me but I don't answer the phone. I still love him but I don't trust him anymore.

OK heres my situation, I have been patient but now I am at my wits end and want to know if he will ever change...
I have been with a guy for 2 years, we've been living together(with my parents) for a year.
He drinks too much and smokes. I hate him smoking... We broke up for a few months in the first year and he quit smoking then, we got back together and he started again.
I wanna buy a house soon but I'm dont wanna be with him if he's smoking, he says he's trying, most of the time he will only smoke when he drinks but thats not good enough for me.
WHat can I do to make him quit or is it not possible... Thanks for your help

My boyfriend is currently being harassed by his crazy ex wife. They have been divorced for 2 years and share two children ages 17 and 18. She constantly calls his cell phone numerous times if he does not answer (today was 20x by 11am) and then calls his work. Can he get a restraining order against her even though they do need to communicate for some things regarding their one child that still lives with her mother? If so, how do you go about getting a retraining order in Ontario?

This is just to weird. So this is the situation, my husband works in an office with a lot of females, I don't worry about him cheating or anything we have a really good relashionship. We talk about things all the time and many people have commented on how we hardly ever fight. The only problem is that in the last few months I guess some of his co-workers have told him that he is a really good man (which he is) they tell him to tell me how lucky I am, so he comes home and tells me. I just look at him and say I know I am lucky. It was okay I guess the first few times but know he will call me at work out of the blue to metion that what someone has said. The problem is I know I am lucky, but he is lucky too and he never mentions that. It just feels like he is rubbing it in my face and I don't know what he wants me to say to that. Maybe I am over reacting because these women don't see him at home. Do I feel this way because I think he is treating his co-workers better than me? :(

I am in my thirties. I have had only one "O" from intercourse in my life. I know, sad. I really want to figure this out as it is depressing. It makes me feel horrible that my boyfriend can't get me to, trust me, it's not him. And I know it makes him feel horrible. It's me, I just don't know why. I am so jealous of my friends that don't seem to have this problem. Serious, mature answers only, please. thanks

I filed for divorce last October; He moved out in February to live with another woman; it's one year later and he is still not in a hurry to have this settled. He is supposed to pay the mortgage and I pay the utilities and live in the house until our divorce is final. Now an inspector wants to come to see our property due to lack of payment. If I pay the mortgage for the months it's late, I will have to borrow money...I can't believe it's one year since I filed already. Is there ever a deadline as to how long these things can go on? We live in New York State.

I thought Gay Marriage was supposed destroy the "sanctity" of marriage? Judging from these states it's done the exact opposite? Shouldn't they have the highest divorce rate? For that matter, why are the top 10 states with highest divorce rates red, and the 9 lowest blue? I thought Republicans were trying to protect the "sanctity" of marriage? Well, it looks like they failed. Heck, it looks like the whole idea of marriage being destroyed by Gay Marriage has been crushed.

How can you possibly continue to hold the stance that Gay Marriage hurts the sanctity of marriage? If you say, well that's just Massachusetts. Then you need to explain Spain, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Canada, which have also survived perfectly fine.

married for 2 years. Hubby is pretty reserved and shy. I have to initiate everything and I am tired. He won't even touch me unless I do. My ex husband couldn't get his hands off me and my hubby of 2 years won't even touch me. What would you do in my situation???

PS: I am attractive, 5"7, 130 pounds so before you say loose weight, etc..... looks is not the issue here.

My cousin who is 42 years of age, very pretty, talented, and with a good personality and of decent reputation is always in church praying and praying for others. When I introduce her to men, she always says: "I want a man with a good pure heart with good intentions not just anyone."
My family especial has been trying to set her up with a lot of dates. She is not picky, but just too religious, and too virtuous.

What are your suggestions?

when they have a sexual desire what do they do, do they

go out to various clubs and bars, and actively seek men, sleep with different men, until one sticks with them?

is the sexual part inside their brain and body, dead?

since they feel it is wrong for men to watch porn to relieve sexual tension, I am curious to hear what they do with theirs?

and what makes their actions morally superior to a man viewing porn?

My husband of 2 years has been talking to girl online since before we were married. I didn't know until a few monthes after we were married. He has promised me over and over that it wouldn't happen again and he just keeps doing it. I'm really overweight and he has admited that the weight is a major issue to him and he has also admited that if something better came along, he'd be gone. He also admited that he married me originally for money. A couple days later he says that it's not the way he feels anymore. I told him that your feelings don't change that easily and that quickly! I have a fear he's still cheating on me online. I don't know if I can't ever truely trust him again and plus we have been fighting quite a bit! He's in the military and he was talking to one of the other soldiers wives and the soldier found out about it. She cut off all ties when she found out that I he was not telling me what he was saying. I don't know what to do anymore. Someone please help!!

I really can't take this cat anymore?
So... from the minute my husband adopted this cat its been nothing but trouble.

He has been biting and scratching my daughter from the first day he was here she has scars on her arms and legs. He shits and pisses in my house.scratches my couch.has ruined countless items. I really can't take it anymore.

My daughter hates the cat (she wants nothing to do with him) my husband won't part with getting rid of the damn thing because"hes part of the family".

My husband is on a business trip and I really want to get rid of the cat. Is it a little harsh to take it to the vet? how else do i get my husband to get this animal out of my life?

My wife and I have been married for a little over three years. We have just grown apart and will probably be getting a divorce soon.

When we first got married her credit was horrible, so most things are in my name only. Her credit has now improved and she can probably get a loan.

Both cars are in my name only, title and loan. The house loan is in my name only. The house deed is in both names. The credit card debt is in my name. Her school loans are in her name only.

When we seperate I would like to keep the house, the car I drive, and I'll pay for the credit card debt, it's less than $3000. She will have to pay her student loans herself. I would be willing to let her keep the car she drives as long as she got a loan to pay off what is owed in her name only.

What are the chances of me being able to keep the house? And getting her to get a loan to payoff the car that she drives?
