Is she a foreigner? You have had your part of fun - showing off with a young wife - now the time came to pay for it... We pay for everything in this life, you know.

i never understand when a woman keeps the child away from their father. I would say take her to court just to eliminate anymore altercations with her. But being as though she's been making falls reports on you and the police has been involved. You may have a problem with seeing your daughter unsupervised. If you can prove you innocence, Then I'd say she's not a stable individual and for you to run to the courthouse and get full custody of your child. and if she gives you problems take out a private criminal complaint on her(warrant for her arrest) for false imprisonment and accusations
good luck

Sorry to hear this. I am afraid that her behaviour is relfecting her general attitude towards you. I think she is afraid of you - physically and emotionally - I think she senses that you have more power in this relationship due to your age and experience. She doesn't want to be controlled but I think that is why you decided on someone younger than you....you need to feel in control of the situation. That maybe why you are struggling to make sense of all of this...its beyond your control and at the whim of a very young person who hasn't fully matured yet. If I were you, I would continue to fight for access to your child but be moderate in your approach to your ex. She clearly feels you are a threat to her even if this is simply imagined. You may need to prove to her that you are a mature and reasonable individual before you get very far. Good luck.

You made a big mistake and now you are paying for it. All you can do now is fight for custody of the child, but with you arrest record that will be an up hill battle. Stay away from her, and let your lawyer do the talking.

Fathers have rights. Get a lawyer and file for joint custody. Whether she gets along with you or not, you have the right to visits with your child, unless the court proves otherwise!

she is too young and not mature. you are old enough and mature. see the difference? you also need to hire an attorney and a private investigator to protect your rights as a father. patience and time will be your best friends. you need to let her go and let her fall so she can grow up and mature.

I'm sorry you've been having such problems. If you feel there is any hope of resurrecting your marriage, please get marriage counseling, therapy, medical help, whatever is necessary. If you are for sure going to get a divorce, please get a good attorney who will help you work out an arrangement that is acceptable for you. I wish you happiness.
