How do you know he had the fantasy to have sex with her?
My mother in law used to give me a massage, (totally non - sexual) and even chased me around the house and grabbed my butt, (while others were there) saying "you`ve got nice buns!"
She did it because she liked me and accepted me, not because she wanted to have sex with me! She is no longer with us and I miss her greatly.
I don`t think they had sex, but you never know. Sounds like you are a little paranoid about the whole thing.
BTW , are you his wife?

I hug and kiss my in-laws. My husband would never do that, though, to my mum. It sounds a bit off. If he has admitted to such fantasies, there is a possibility from his side, but do you think mum-in-law would actually agree? What is their age difference? Is she divorced or lonely? From what you've said, I couldn't be completely sure one way or the other. You need to find out some answers. How are you related to them?

This is just my opinion- but I think laying your head down in your MIL's lap and receiving a massage from her is wrong on so many levels. That is an intimate gesture and is crossing a boundary that makes me uncomfortable.

yes it is quite possible if u live in latin America or Asia where such sex in such relations are common,I heard that in such communities parents of girl(girl's mom) test her daughter future husband whether he is capable to satisfy his daughter or not.
