i am chander and belongs to a hindu family, i love a muslim girl and she also loves me very much, our relationship is from last six months and now we have
come very close to each other, i live in delhi and she lives in srinagar and we uses to talk each other daily on phone. we have just got 2 lucky days to see each other last week when i was in srinagar for our darshan to sri amarnath ji. our family know each other from last 20 years, my grandfather and her can say grandfather our very good frends. on those lucky days we did'nt get to even talk each other, my grandfather had kept an eye on us. the 2 aunties of her know our relationship from the begining and they do not have any objection in getting us maried, but in april there was an talk of my marriages with any other girl in our religion, and at that time i refuses that told about that my love girl. on that day i ony told that i only love her and she did'nt know anything know about that, on this my parents raised objection saying this that they are muslim and this can not happen. When i told all this matter to my love she said all this to those 2 aunties, on this they got defensive and now they also that this can not happen beacause of the same reason.

now i have explained all this 2 my mother and she also says this ki only matter is the religion problem. if my grandfather accept than there are chances of getting us married, and there is one fear in my mind if her parents forcen her to marry some other in their religion, i know that she will not marry anyone else and same is the case with me. we love each very much we cant even think of any other girl or boy now.
please advice us how can we convince our parents for our marriage. after seeing each other on those 2 lucky days we know how we are living in these 2 different places, please advice us on how we make them convince.......plzzzzzz we are getting mad we cant live without each other....plzzzz advice us

My husband and I have been married almost 2 years, and our daughter is almost a year old. For a short time when we first got married, we had internet. I have always been a computer freak and I would sit on my laptop while we watched tv. He got so frusterated with it that I cancelled the internet.. until recently. We got dial-up so that we could do our bills and basics online. Now he complains that I spend too much time on the computer. I spend maybe half an hour a day, if I get time.
Before getting internet again our sex life did start suffering due to bad communication, but now its worse. Tonight I came up to check my email (Dad was sending us something) and hubby accused me of being on for 2 hours. In reality it was 20 minutes.
He went to bed, complaining about me, and now Im too frusterated both with our sex life and his accusations to sleep, so now Im online instead of sulking downstairs. Anyone else have something similar? HELP!

I have been marrier for nearly 3 years, 6 months ago I was told by my wifes best friend that my wife told her she was having an affair last year with her distant cousin. I confronted my wife and she denied it all saying it was all an imagination story. Last week I came accross some photo's with her and her cousin when by accident they were on the same holiday and I must amid I had a gut feeling something was not right as she never called me for two weeks and she was very distant ie never looked me in my eyes when I picked her up from the airport. My wife said they stayed in different hotels. Through the photo's I found out where she has stayed and I could find out with the guest register if she stayed alone and finally find the truth. My marriage is good and I love her but if I find the truth she has lied and unfaithful, is it worth finding out which will end our marriage as I will never trust her as she could be with her distant cousin again.

I have a close guy friend of mine whom I 've known for over a few years. He happens to happily married, and from what I understand he and his wife have what you would consider an"open relationship"...they've even went so far in having relations with other people outside of their relationship.During the time that me and my friend communicated, his wife was very aware that he and I we're phone buddiesI even thoughhis wife and I hadn't met each other face to face, she invited me out several times and she would invite me to family outings, but then I lost my job, and my friend rented me out a room out of thier house from that point on everything changed with his wife, she didn;t really speak to me, I'd smile and say hi, she would like at me all crazy..then everytime I'm at home she would close her bedroom door for some reason, she was just very mean , you can tell she really didn;t care for me and I can't figure out why?

My situation with my husband is a little hard to explain.. We've been married for 6 yrs. I did my part to try and save the relationship but i got too tired.. I pay most of the bills, sure I make more money than he did.. 3 Months ago I left him a letter saying that im leaving him and I moved to another state without him knowing where, sure its not the easiest thing to do especially im still married to him.. the good thing though is that we dont have kids, or properties together. Just a vehicle that is under both of our names but im giving it to him and an unpaid loan.. Now, I've been doing some research but cant find the right answer. I want to file for a divorce and I want to do it myself to save some money. The question is, is it okay to just do it myself and not hire a lawyer or is it best to get one?.. Thanks

I am 21 years old and I have been married for almost 3 years. My husband and I are currently seperated. During our seperation I have gotten close to someone else. I am ready to get a divorce and move on, but my husband wants to stay together. I do love my husband as a friend and I do not want to hurt him, and at the same time I do not want to lie to him. Do you think that it's a good idea or a bad idea to tell him that I have feelings for someone else? I don't know what to do here.

I live in Washington state and I am planning on moving to New York (yes, it is a legitimate reason) and I heard that there is a way my babies' father can stop me even if I have custody... which I do. The babies (who are 2 years old) live with me 93% of the time, he only takes them on every other weekend, and sometimes not even then. I heard if he gets a parenting plan, I wont even be able to leave the county. That would really suck. Is there a way I can prevent this?

I'm a straight woman and i love my guys YET sometimes i tend to have guy mentality so i understand guys better than most women.

I have ENOUGH self respect, have values, and i grew up with old fashioned parents so i'm old fashioned in love and life yet modern.

ANYWAY, my belief right now in life (since i'm young) is that there's a right thing for everything. I want to finish school, get that degree and job and love will HOEPFULLY be there later in life when i'm ready.

My timeline is exactly that - finish school, job, enjoy perks of youth, find a guy, marriage, and family. Girls can't understand that this is what "plan" is

Do guys have this plan too? Even in your early 20's, do guys think ahead as far as not wasting their time on girls who aren't "wife material" and finishing school to have a good career to provide later in life>

Do guys have a timeline like me?

A friend of mine owns her own home. She let one of her disabled friends stay with her while he got back on his feet. He gets 900.00 dollars a month in disability and spends 70% of that on scratch tickets, and the rest on cigarettes. He has never paid her rent. She gave him a letter at the beginning of August asking him to leave by the end of the month. When that didn't work, she filed papers against him in court. He filed a paper back claiming indigent status (so it didn't cost him anything). He has thrown fists and made holes in her walls. His dog has no bowel control and leaves "messages" all over the place. The judge says that she has to refile next week. He also told the squatter that he was supposed to be out by the 1st, but the squatter has already stated that he has no intention of leaving. Anyone have any suggestions aside from a deep hole in the back yard?

My husband and I are currently in the process of divorce, the decree absolute is 6 weeks away. I recently applied for Legal aid to sort out the division of the matrimonial home, however, following a meeting with my husband yesterday, we have decided to sort out the house ourselves (we are still very amicable), i.e. he is just going to give me the amount of money that we agreed on, can I do this? Can i just go to my solicitor and tell him that I want to withdraw the application for legal aid? And do i have to tell him why? Do I have to tell him what our arrangement is? I would think that it would have nothing to do with my solicitor if we have sorted it ourselves, I just want to telll the solicitor to continue with the decree absolute and leave it at that. Serious answers only please, I am going to my solicitors on Monday and I don't want to offend him in any way! Thanks

I'm married but 6 months ago I met my high-school sweetheart. The minute I saw her it stirred up feelings that I haven't felt in years. We've been having an unbelievable intimate affair since and are thinking of running off together. But I'm torn because I still have feelings for my wife and feel very guilty. Although I know that I will never feel the same passion for her as I do my h.s love. I don't want to hurt my wife and want her to meet someone that deserves her. I feel so bad :'( What should I do?

Try to imagine... You are in love, deep passionate love. You have been with your significant other for 2.5 years. Celebrated many holidays together with both families. Then one day you are engaged. Things are wonderful and exciting and new and fabulous. Occasional arguments? Like any other couple in the world, normal, right? Then a few months before the wedding, one of them cancel it because it is just to stressful and just too much. They want to have a destination wedding. Then that person cancels everything all together and it becomes so very sour and weird and uncomfortable. So you leave your home that you share togther. Keep in mind that coworkers, friends, family, and clients want to know EVERYTHING at least EVERY day. and you have no idea wtf is going on because that "love of you life" has showed up again and is calling, pursing, loving you.... like you were used to not long ago . You are so very confused also. So, just wondering, how bad would a situation like this embarass you?

Can anyone give me some good advice to take with me into court over this.

My Ex who owes my children (ages 10 and 6) approximately $20,000 ($10,600.00 for year 2006 and approximately $10,000.00 for 2007) has hired not an attorney but a psychologist!!! A psychologist can not practice law ... can they?

This guy seems like a real crook (the psychologist) - even has a web site. www.chicagodivorce.com

If you investigate this Richard Delorto guy he has been in trouble with the State of Illinois for fraud, arrested for tresspassing, etc.

What are the penalties for practicing law without having the education and license to? What can happen to my Ex since he has hired this guy to represent him in court? What can I do to better prepare myself and my lawyer before we go to court in a few weeks?

I really need some thorough and sound advice to be able to defend my kids' rights in the best possible manner I can.

Husband & I separated 8 months ago b/c of bad financial strains & communication issues. 2 months after, he began seeing someone. A month after that, we started seeing each other again, no sex but dating, talking about our problems, figuring out what went wrong & if we can have a future together. It's now month 8 and we have continued dating-no sex but kissing, flirting, etc. He is "cheating" on his girlfriend with his wife. We went out last week-had a great time. Had serious discussions about what it will take for him to come back home. This week he accuses me of sending his girlfriend nasty evil text messages which I did not. My phone records show I did not. He said he saw the text messages & my phone# was on them. He's upset-feels I've ruined all the progress we were making while he's trying to sort out his feelings. I'm upset b/c he's like Jekyll & Hyde & won't listen to me, look at my phone records, etc..Cold feet I guess?I guess I should forget him & move on but it's hard?

My husband and I have too many relationship complications for many years, usually, his inappropriate behaviors, cheated, eyeing, and a several online affairs. I'd never had any friends or had done anything that God has forbidden to him. A month ago, I accident met the guy who asked me to married him like 5 years ago on myspace. The guy who I dished and had broken his heart. At first we didn't talk, then several days ago, he emailed and we talked for a bit (friendly type). We met and got some drink after 5 years of not talking or even seeing each other. Today, I decided to tell my husband who is gone for business trip that I met this old friend and we hung out for a bit and I told him that we just friends, nothing wrong happened and will keep the friendship. He said yeah, it's okay. What kind of attitude is that? Why would he say it's okay for me being friend with this guy? I know I'm in his shoes and he is in mine the table is turning, but I would go nuts which I did, but he doesn't?
