Ive been marrid for 25 yrs,in this time my husband wont lift a finger to do things for me,he works on cars, i have to go to a garage to get my car fixed. He helps others fix their houses ours is falling apart, I could go on and on. It hurts my feelings I feel like Im not important to him, I was going to pay a guy to clean our yard one day, he didnt show up ,my husband tells me ,here give me the money Ill clean it .should I have to pay him to clean our yard? Whats up?

Near married for 3 years and 6 months ago a close friend of my wife to me that my wife told her she had an affair last year with her cousin. I confronted my wife and she told me it was all an imagineation story but later I came across with some photo's together with her cousin. I have tried to accept for what she has done but after 6 months I now find it hard to love her anymore. I guess nature takes its course and with all the trust gone I feel marriage has become very empty. Any one had the same circumstances by trying to put it behind but it just doesn't work.

It is a Nine years Sad story when i got maried to our same cast girl I mdoing a job and staying in deep suburb of Mumbai with my 72 yr old Father and 65 year old mother I M only son of them. I have 8 years old Boy in Std 3rd Now the story is my wifes nature and our family members including me and my relatives are different, She want to live seperately with me and my son - No Problem, she expact a lot from me but i m middle class normal man and not a super man. She expect that i should always think abour her only not about my parents, sisters, relatives , friends etc. where as she always eager to go with her family. I loves to my old age parents a lot and also belive that it is now my duty to look after them if i get seperated how they will manage their work, who will llok after them But my wife tried all the tectics to start nusance call for police many times try to get suicide, even threaten me for killing hereself and my child, i dont know in my little salary how can i manage.

I've pretty much figured out that my marriage is over after 8 years of trying and getting no where. But, I have a unique situation which I don't know how to resolve and I could use some advice.
I moved overseas to be with my husband and I now live in a foreign country. I have only ONE family member back home who offers me support and would be willing to help me if I needed it.
The problem is my children. They are VERY close to my husband's family and of course my husband. They are young (6 and 7) but, old enough to know what is going on. They spend time with their grandparents every week and they absolutely love them.
If I divorced my husband, there would be no way that I could stay here. I'd have to go back home. I wouldn't be able to support myself financially here. And I feel like my children are not getting the best quality of life here anyways.
There is no way that I would leave my children behind. Continued...

I am 36 years old and my wife is 34. She is house wife. She is not interested in having sex most of the time. We go for it sometimes once in a month. Many times I have to force her for sex. At that I feel that as if I am doing rape of my wife. I am sure she is not attracted to someone else. Many times I had a clear discussion with her. She says that she does not have urge for sex. She is not ready to consult doctor as well.

What should I do?

Does anyone else has also experienced this rape feeling when your partner is not interested in sex?

I have a custody case (filed November 2006) going on right now in which I believe has been combined with the divorce case (finalized in January 2006)-as it was brought before the same judge.

My first question is-is this possible in a legal court of law, for them to combine cases?

The reason that I ask this is because I noticed that I was listed as the Plaintiff in the case, essentially making me the person who filed the case for the removal of my very own children! Horrendous! In the divorce case, I WAS the plaintiff, but NOT the PLAINTIFF in the custody case.

Is it illegal to do this? Legalities aside, the ethics that this is based on seem to be something that would have this case seriously examined, if not as another reason to have it thrown out of court.

Thank you for any assistance you can be with this situation.

She want to stay seperate with me and my son and want total control on us I have no problem with my parents but she has with all of us actualy with Hindu family system from last Nine years we are fighting but staying together because she has no place to go and I do not want to leave my old age parents even i also scared of her beacuse in last nine years i was compel to leave my fathers home but now i want permanat solution, my all elder relatives and other friends have tryied but every thing is in vein she doesnt want divorce but want to stay with all of us under her supervision which is unbarebal for us

i know this may sound crazy but i think i'm falling for someone i've never met. i am in the beginning of a divorce from a verbally abusive husband, so i decidd to meet some new friends for fun. i ended up meeting this guy who's only 22 and i'm 34. he says all the right things, calls and texts just because, and is gorgeous and sexy as hell!!!
We've been communicating online and through webcam and he lives here in michigan. all in a months time daily.
i just wonder if i'm really fallin for him or what. i know i'm probably being stupid but i cant' help it.
it was initially supposed ot be a no strings sex type of thing then we just clicked. so maybe that's all he wants? i'm just wondering why he gives me so much attention? please let me know if you think i'm being stupid and if i should do this. i want to have sex with him cuz i surely do need it and i am soooo attracted to him. but how do i separate sex from emotions. i don't know if i'm capable of that unless it was a one nighter.

Why is it that you drop everything you are doing sometimes and help someone out, do anything you can for them, try to be their support and friend, offer anything they need and an ear anytime they need it, and once their problem is over, they forget you ever meant so much in helping them through? Then they can not be there for you when you need them. I seem to never let one person do this to me more than once (not licking the hand that hit me), but why is it that it seems this happens to me over and over through the years by someone who means so much to me?

i really don't know how to save my marriage which will b soon end up divorce. My husband very angry at me and wanted to divorce me bcos i put my 1st priority over my family instead of him.

what have i done wrong can anybody tell me? He said he never ask me to choose between him n my family but i already make my choice which is my family. Okay, we were in other relationships. We had a very passionate 4 month long affair. We both wanted to leave our relationships. We couldn't for reasons I cannot get into. I love this man, and I think it's obvious he loves me. He's said it before. I was a fool not to take the leap of faith.

In my second marriage my husband has everything seperate .His mother said when we married to have everything seperate I thought it was just weird at the time.But yes he did and I didnt even know what he made till our taxs were done.It feels strange I put in half and he puts half on home expenses.Feels like a roomate somehow.

we have been married for a lil over 3 years but we dated for 5 years before we got married, except for 1 year in there we split up b/c i was 15 when we got together and got pregnant 8 months later, things were great for most of the first year.. we have 2 kids now, a boy (6) and a girl(18 mo)..he is always cussing me, and calling me stupid, he comes home fussing b/c he worked all day, he works in a parts store (it cant be that damn hard) we he is always telling me i need to get a job, but i cant and i have told him so many times that i have no car and we aint got the money to get one. and if i did get a job i wil be lucky to make 200 a week and by time a get gas and pay a babysitter i wont be making anything.......he never spends no time with our son...i just signed him up for boyscouts my son was soo excited and my husband kept saying he aint gonna have sshit to do with it....boy scouts is a father son thing...why wouldnt he want to do this with him...........

Strangely enough, there are a high number of incidents where couples divorce within a few years after winning the lottery. The Mega Lottery jackpot has now reached $325 million dollars. My wife for the past week or two have been fantasizing about what we would do if we won the jackpot and our views are so different. My wife would want to live an extravagant lifestyle complete with a 15,000 square foot mansion, maids, butlers, etc, etc,. As for me, I would be satisified with a modest 3,000 square foot home in a middle class suburb, a new car or two and helping out our friends, family, church and donating to charities. Although, there is a great chance I won't have to worry about this happening, I have been pondering whether or us winning the lottery would be a blessing or a curse. I am an average working class Joe and I have no desire whatsoever, to live in a mansion or have maids and butlers waiting on me hand and foot.
