Marriage & Divorce - 24 August 2007

My parents have already proposed a gal who is studying for 2nd year science graduation (19 years). i had seen her photo, she is okay. And her family is good enough and upto our standards. But her face is not the one which is in my dreams. I am looking for a slim faced gal with figured body like a model and all. But this gals face is bit fleshy, but still looking cute, a natural beauty and have a good figure too. This is the only problem i am facing and mine/her parents are waiting for my reply. Is it in real life that we have to marry our dream gal or a gal who is good enough as well. What shall i do friends...

Morover i am 5.9 and she is 5.4. Is that difference is needed or shall i have to proceed with a gal with more height. Is there is any scientific reasons behind this height and all. Kindly advice me guys...

We have been together 2 years prior to our marrage March 23. 1990 we now have been married 17 years and a total of 19 years together. There is another woman who pertended to be my friend and they have been together, in that way. and it continues. He says he is not leaving me for her, she has 3 kids and they younger and he has raised up his kids and doe'nt want to reaise hers. It is just she is healther than me so in the bedroom she is more flexable so he enjoys it.. She at a good weight too. Love makes him blind so he does not see her true colors.. Dumb.

My marriage had fell apart before I met this other person. I just always assumed that we would be together for ever. Now I know that this person can't keep me happy and i can't make them happy if I'm not in love with them anymore. We broke up once and I spent some time with the other. I had so much fun. It was totally stress free and I had the best time of my life. This person treats me like I am the only one on earth and I love it. No one has ever treated me this way before. I know that I think of this person constantly and long to be with this person. The problem is I did go back to the one I am married to because I wanted to be sure that my feelings about this marriage are valid and not due to the other person that I met. I have known this person for a while by the way, this is not a one night thing. Now I know that I want out of my marriage but I don't want to hurt anyone. I want to be happy - am I being selfish? My other says he/she will wait as long as it takes.

Married, now seperated. Wife wanted to leave to "Find happiness through independence". She's the one who was going out every weekend with her girlfriends and leaving me to take care of HER kids. Trust was never an issue. She honors me as her husband in the sense that she wouldn't do anything I wouldn't appreciate. It's because she doesn't want to give up her nightlife. Nevermind what this is doing to me. I'm worried about the little structure those kids had before me, how they noticably improved, and how they will adjust during this rollercoaster ride their mother won't get off of. We moved today, she called me and told me our youngest fell down the stairs at their new place and cut her chin open. I'm PISSED!

I knew my ex husband was creeping and I was tired of games.. Well I got emotionally attatched to a friend that I fell in love with completely and planned on reelisting to same unit and doing the military life with and after the papers came through he decided he was in love with someone else and that I was not worth the wait I guess and gave her the ring he bought for me and recycled it. Ouch huh? Nothing physical was going on but emotioanally for two years I have taken care of this man. We sent gifts back and forth, emailed each other everyday, im each other, wrote letters and stayed in touch. His unit went back first and I guess he fell in love with the first girl that could meet his physical needs so that is that, but I can't seem to get over it. Why does it hurt so bad?

I have an 11yr old son in sixth grade who since kindergarden has had problems.every year i get calls from teachers its very frustating and i don't know what else to do.i've tried everything from talking to rewards to punishment...i don't know what else to do.the problem is and has been year after year that they feel he needs to be tested for ADD...which i am greatly opposed to(I don't believe in ADD)but i'm at my wits end...what should i do?

My husband works a lot and when he comes home he's too tired to go out and never wants to go out on weekends. I want to go out with my single girlfriends to clubs and things but I was wondering if it was okay. A lot of the clubs they go to include a lot of dirty dancing and hooking up with strangers so i'm not so sure if I should go. Anyone have an opinion?

People am I being over sensative? I am the bread winner and very successful. I have worked on cars and also know my way around a garage. I purchased a used car and have some very minor problems with it. I took it into the shop, husband (diff last name) went with to give me a ride. The mechanic gave him the keys in front of me and would not give me any eye contact but instead kept talking to my husband about what was wrong with the car. I felt this was rude and said so. Am I wrong for feeling this way?

My husband and I have been married for almost a year. I am now 7months pregnant. We have been having sex before we got married. My question is how frequent should sex be? Sometimes, we just have it once a month- i mean wer'e still newly weds! He comes home and watches tv and sleeps/ Sometimes I give signs to him but he declines and says he's too tired from work. Recently , he said it's difficult bec. of my growing belly. This is so disappointing since usually men want it and the woman declines! To us, it's the opposite!

Me and my fiance have been together for 2 years, and we have lived together for 1 1/2 .Within the last 2 days, he has became so angry towards me that he becomes overwhelmed with rage and scares me. But then its like it never happens when i try to talk about it the next day. Last night he kicked me and shook my head, and tonight he grabbed my throat and threw me on the bed. I love him so much, i want to help him(if i can). He is about 12 years older than me. I just have no idea what to do. My husband says he loves me lot and his moves towards me are good, except for money matters.But he doesnot allow me to touch his mobile.In suspecion of he having girl friends,I secretly browse his mobile.There were sms communications with two girls. It was a heartbreak for me.I think he meets them.One girl communicates as if they are couples.I also read one sms sent by him as "am going to divorse this girl" long ago. Hi My bf and I live in different cities right now ( 450 miles of distance) and for strong reasons we can't be together yet. We hope to solve our situation by the beginning of next year. But i feel so sad and cry a lot because i wish to be beside him right now; and i feel will be an eternity to me wait so much time. How can i deal with my sad heart? Sometimes i feel i'm getting crazy, my bf knows that; but we have no choise for the moment....just wait. I miss him every minute.

My fiancee had a son before we met and we have a son together. My son can't talk yet but her son calls me daddy and I treat him as if he were mine, but I feel like he has the idea that he doesn't have to listen to me because everytime I try to discpline him she says just leave him alone or comes to his rescue. This week we started him sleeping in his own bed (he's 2) and hes been doing great all week, layin with us and going straight to bed after family guy goes off. Well you have to be consistent with kids for it to work right? Well today she went to bed a little early so I started to take him to his bed and of course he started yelling and woke up our other son,finally got him in his bed and she comes stomping in the room pulls him out of his bed and takes downstairs to lay with her and I told her "No he needs to sleep in his bed" she ignores me and now they are asleep, I went down and told her I'm done with him not having to listen to me and she threw her ring, Am I wrong?

And when both men know the woman is doing this why do they continue to believe her and allow this to happen? What kind of woman is this and does she ever change? I have a friend allowing a woman to do this and it is making me sick. I have offered up my advise and there is nothing more I can do. The woman is playing him and he is so in love he says, because the woman says she wants to spend a life with him. I don't see how when she leaves him then comes back after a month or so. THis is a pattern.

A good friend we had crush on each other nothing never came of it I am attacted and know he is too. I good friends with his wife. Well it took a while for both of us at least me to kinda get over the crush. While dating his lady he really flirted with me, then ignored me, I thought that was fine because he was trying to get to know his lady. work in a federal prison. Well she is on light duty and is working alone in the computer lab. Well when I get off work at 8am I stop by and see her. Well, we were joking the other morning and she stuck out her tongue and I joked that her tongue was petite. Well she said "but I am a great kisser" man I didnt know how to respond to that. (she is married but miserable it seems. She has confided about how she has planned the divorce. They are pretty seperated now as far as money but they live together.and take care of their son she would leave but cant afford to now she said) well I really respect her and like her for more than looks.
