Marriage & Divorce - 21 August 2007

Once husband and wife both signed the petition of divorce on mutual concent and then wife turned back and started telling that she doesn't want divorce. Every time she is telling her husband that she wants to be with him. Now she is telling that her signature was taken by force. But husband is not ready to step back. Question:
a. Can it be accepted by the court that the signature was taken by force in case of adult wife?
b. will husband be in faulty position that he forced her to do it?
c. Will wife be in faulty position that she is cheating now?
d. Will it be the proof of cruelty on wife by her husband?
e. Can she claim for reunion in court?

He is kiddish and very dependant on his family for everything. His family interferes a lot and pamper him big way. He is not able to take any decisions on his own, actually he does not want to take decisions so that he is not held responsible for the outcome of his decisions. Since its my 2nd marraige, though i had doubts if this too would work, my family felt i should reconcile this matter. Therefore, I spoke to his father and wanted to compromise by sorting things with him but they dont even let me talk to him. Only his father talks from their side. They say my husband is not to be involved in this and his father will decide all. So now i want a divorce. i am in UAE while he is in USA. We married in India but can i file for divorce in UAE? how & on what reasons? Married for 9 months now of which we were together for 36 days. Please guide me..... specially lawyers or people aware of law in India and UAE. Probably this will be a special kind of case. Also can this marraige be annuled?

Is there anyway to get a quick divorce / annulment?

We got married in May.

She cancelled the wedding the day she bought her dress.
She constantly accuses me of cheating to the point I think I'm having a nervous breakdown trying to defend myself.
She goes out of her way to hurt me (I got a text message a few weeks back telling me she was cheating).
She's dented my confidence telling me that I'm no good in bed (I no longer enjoy sleeping with her).
Every argument we have ends up in her wanting a divorce.
I feel I have to explain my every move to her.
She's constantly snooping around the internet trying to 'catch me out'.
She constantly accuses me of lying (even when she lies to me).
She's very self opinionated and has double standards.

I'm not able to be myself anymore and have become miserable as a result of it all. Now I just want out and want to get back to being me again.

Any ideas?

My ex-husband will not allow his mom visitation with her grandson?
My ex-husband informed that his parents threatened to take my our away so he'd never see him. He claims that he is ending the cycle of violience and drinking; cutting off ties with his mom, dad, and sister. I sincerly wanted to believe him...
This is the same man that I had a protective order filed to protect me and my kids. That just a few months ago nearly physically attacked in front of my son.
His mom calls me (we always seemed to get along, but he never wanted his family comminucating during/after the divorce) and askes if she could please see her grandsons. I honestly know she loves them and I don't want to deny her but the repercutions will not be good when finds out that we talked / if I let her have the boys for a visit. The miss her...
Apperently there was a big faling out several months ago and he refuses to answer/ return her calls and I was only hope to see her grandson...Losing sleep over this...

He is married. Yet he says he loves me more than anything else. He wants forever with me! And the only way he says we gonna get that is we share a baby together. He says he cant live without me. I don’t think he is ready to leave the wife and neither am I ready to be a home wrecker. It is only that he is too sweet and am sorry to admit but he is all that I have ever wanted in a man.

My husband is very needy and emotional. He's very attached to me, doesn't even communicate with his family and has no friends. I try to encourage him to call his family and make friends at work but it doesn't help. He want's to know what I'm doing at all times and expects me to spend all my time with him even though there are times I'd like to be alone with friends and other family for bonding or whatever. Before we married and we were fighting I'd talked of leaving but he wouldn't let me leave the apptment, he blocked the exits and told me he wouldn't move and that I couldn't leave him. I'd threatened to call the police but he'd cry and beg and say he couldn't live without me so I'd cave. I'm not sure what I should do now. He's my husband I can't just abandon him. I want him to not be so dependent on me.

i have been on guard when i speak tomom-in-law .but somehow i end up answering questions which better left unanswered to her who makes use of it/news to relatives...
Also,I feel guilty when I dont convey any news/what i did etc to hubby.what can i do so that i dont end up being a fool

Ok so me and this guy have been off and on, he lives 3hrs away and this is his week off for school and he wanted to meet half way tonight.I had to wait to leave till 9 which would get us together around 10:30 and I had to leave by 11am the next morning to get back home.Well he was all good with all this last night when he saying how much he cared about me and wanted me and only me and all that stuff,I called him around 1pm and he said to call and ask about hotels he would call me later,so he calls me around 6 to say it just dawned on him how short of a time we would be spending together and he would rather wait till thursday to come and see me and why it took him till just then to know that i have no clue.He said he would call me later so here it is 1am and still no word from him.I asked if he was doing anything tonight and he said no he would chill at the cabin and call me and then go to bed.But no word as of yet.He seemed kinda wierd on the phone,I just don't get it. Anyone???

Hubbs works a job that requires him to visit a bank to make a deposit several times a week, I have not ever been there but he has made me perfectly aware that it is full of pretty women, he even invited one to our post wedding celebration. He ended up winning a gift cert from the bank for the grocery store next door and we went there yesterday together but he pulled into the grocery store parking lot and not the bank parking lot. We exit the car and I begin to follow him to the bank when he mentioned that he thought I would want to start grocery shopping. He didn't seem the least bit interested with introducing me to the women inside the bank. He ended up going across the street to the bank alone and I went inside and began grocery shopping. Should I have went with him no matter even if he didn't want me too? Sure seemed to me that he didn't want me to go there with him. Yes, a little weirded out I am that is for sure. I had rebounded and married, had two kids that are beautiful, but my current husband has had a separate bedroom from me for years. All my siblings want me to leave him. My sister says that I have a"disfunctional life." He has disresepected me and just seems to want different things in life than I do. I keep a happy thought, only because I was once involved with a happy man who broke my heart and I keep seeing him in all I do. He was my mentor and role model. Hey, so I'm dating this guy and he just found out that he MIGHT be the father of some other girls' baby. (Before he and I got together he was with her... after we got together we found out about this) I want to know... in the state of Indiana if you sign your rights AWAY do you still have to pay for child support... because this girl... seriously (I quote "I'm going to wait till the baby is born before I move so I can get (name)'s cold hard cash! hahahahaha") is a nut case. I got married in a courthouse in Christiansfield, Denmark years ago with my boyfriend who was stationed in Europe at the time.

It was pretty much a shotgun wedding. We remained married for four years, but the marriage didn't work out, so we divorced in the states through the county courthouse system with the paperwork we had brought over.

I'm obviously still married in Denmark because neither of us took care of legal matters over there.

Can this bite me in the *** later? If I strike it rich or acquire a long-lost inheritance...or whatever...lol..Can he legally claim anything of mine, if he is technically still married to me?

I caught my husband cheating with a coworker sending text messages. When confronted...he lied. Then, I digged further and saw that it was his married coworker about
20 years younger than him. She is 31. We are separated. At
my husband's suggestion we are going to counseling. Its been 4 months already. They both work at the same place.

We got married very quickly, like two months and didnt know each other and now have tow kids and we had alot of problems. he has been abusive twice and now he is emotionally abusive. he promises me he will get help for anger since last year (last time of abuse) and nothing yet. my dad is 54, he has fathered a total of 11 kids from 7 different women, 3 of them since turning 50. He has always been a womanizer & always got younger women. He is wealthy & he looks young. .... and what does, "oh let's just keep dancing, etc. and well see how it goes" mean? What does that mean when you flat out tell some woman you are interested in her and she'll almost kiss you but not quite. She wants all your attention until she decides she wants some other guys attention but only for 15 minutes or so then she's back to you. What do you think about this type of woman? Is it the recent divorce that gets them acting like this?
