I caught my husband cheating with a coworker sending text messages. When confronted...he lied. Then, I digged further and saw that it was his married coworker about
20 years younger than him. She is 31. We are separated. At
my husband's suggestion we are going to counseling. Its been 4 months already. They both work at the same place.
My husband had phoned her in front of me and asked her not to text him or talk to him. Although he was as guilty as her, it was her who used to text him many many times a day till he answered. Later on he started initiating the text. My question is although he says nothing else happened how do you feel about these two working in the same place. Do I have reason to worry or do you think that since it is out..its over. Is it too tempting being in the same work place or is it possible for my husband to be honest or do most go fall back cause of the
time spent together.

You have two obvious routes here. You can forgive him and forget they still work together OR you can cut this realtionship and move on.

You have obviously lost tons of respect for him. If you stay, can you ask yourself if you will be able to trust him and just move on with the marriage. Believe they aren't still texting?

Or, you can begin anew and build trust elsewhere.

This is really a decision for you....

It should be a law that anyone caught cheating should go to jail for 30 days and fired from the job. I bet a lot of people would think twice before starting an affair. Your husband is still lying to you,i know you want to believe him, you need to believe him. My husband had an affair with a co-worker also so i know how you feel. When you said your husband called her and told her to stop the tex ting how do you know if she was on the other end did you hear her voice just wondering. If they are still working together you better believe you have cause to be worried and just because it's out doesn't mean a thing but what it will do is make the two of them more careful.Look we are talking about a man around a younger woman who wants your husband she wants what you have and make no mistakes she will stop at nothing to get it. Your a woman you know what we are capable of once we set our minds on it. This is what i did after i found out i would stop by unannounced for lunch and i made it a point that she saw us together and when i left i told my husband i wanted her to see us kiss good-by i knew if he said no about lunch or just stopping by for no reason and the kiss good-by i would know something was going on.He never once told me not to do any of that that's when i knew she was out of his life for good. 9 months later she was fired from the job that's when i payed her a visits and told her a s s off it felt good doing that.

I don't see how anyone can make a clean break from a cheating relationship if they still have to deal with the person daily. They couldn't avoid the temptation before, what makes now any different. I could be way off base here, but it just seems like seeing her all the time might bring up feelings. I would not be comfortable with it.

the more your not there the more they get closer and if he lies to you and you had to find out 4 your self what makes you think you can trust him?now the best thing you can do is stay on your tips and look 4 anything suspecius and b ready to take any situation you know dont waste your time if you know you dont have anything there and if you thing you do then draw the line and show him whos boss. but always keep in mind that he can b doing something and yet just because is out in the open means is over no!! he well take that as an excuse you know he well think "she knows so what i got nothing to worry about she dint do anything" so yea dont give it as over. honey ones a lier always a lier.just keep your eyes open.

Time spent together at work isnt the cause of them keeping the affair going , the inability to be faithful to the 1 they married is what keeps the affair alive.

I think you already know what the answer is , you just dont want to believe it.

It is difficult to trust your husband because the other woman works with him.

If he wants to be with you he will ask and follow through with her and not do anything more, but see it from his point, if she has her claws out and wants him, she'll get him.
