my dad is 54, he has fathered a total of 11 kids from 7 different women, 3 of them since turning 50. He has always been a womanizer & always got younger women. He is wealthy & he looks young. He has diabetes, high blood pressure, prostate problems & get kidney stones a lot. He passes 10-20 stones per year. He said he used to have his dick in a different pussy every week & probably would have more than 11 kids, but the kidney stones interfered with his ability to have intercourse. He's been seeing a 23-year old girl named Kelly, who is very attractive & a college grad. They got engaged quickly, could she be pregnant? after his money? I think his impregnating women should stop, correct? He just had a baby with an 19-year old girl last year. He's always complaining about paying child support. I told him he should get his health back on track & stop having kids if he doesnt want to pay child support.

it's his life - he is free to live it how he so chooses, no matter how you feel about it.

Your dad sounds like he has mental disorders as well as health problems.
He must also be overweight.
He seems to have trouble staying with one woman. And he is emotionally neglecting the children he already has.
I can help with 2 of his problems...large amounts of garlic daily will get his blood pressure under control...( and keep the ladies away) and cherries neutralize the uric acid which is causing the kidney stones.
Your dad has to stop drinking wine, all alcohol, and eating red meat and fried foods.
If he wants to live he has to protect the life he has. The younger women will kill him.

Your dad is a predator.
No, you can't stop him. You can possibly suggest that he at least get a vasectomy.
No, you can't stop any female stupid enough to get with him.
No, you can't make him get his health issues under control... he probably thinks it is cool that he will die soon and will escape paying child support that way.
Move on with your own life.
Don't be available for nursing duty when his health deep-sixes and he's stuck flat on his back. He'd do the same for you.

If he can afford all those kids then it's his choice. It sounds like he's trying to have a good time while he still can. I'm sure he realizes that the golddigger is just after his money but maybe he's comfortable trading money for a good time.

there is nothing you can do to stop his behavior. your description tells me he will be who he is until he dies, and he doesn't care. I'm sorry for you that he is selfish that way. try to find peace for yourself, he will never give it to you.
