Do all married men do this?
Men, you finally are going to tackle the task your wife has (griped) asked you to do and then you whine about how you don't have tools to do the job properly?! What are you expecting?! Please enlighten me!!

I believe it's very real. My husband does it.

He isn't meeting anyone in person, that I know of. He has long phone conversations with other woman, in the middle of the night, on-line activity, etc.

What are your thoughts about Emotional Cheating? Is it real? What have you done to deal with it? I think it's worse than physical.

We have just about no money. Hubby has been working his bum off nonstop for the last 2 months but we still are struggling. He wants to go play poker tonight because he feels its been all work and no play (which he is right). But I am 9 months pregnant and am sick of staying home 24/7 with our 7 year old too. So I said no because money is tight and if I can stick it out (staying in 24/7 for the last 2 months with a 7 year old is not my idea of fun) then so can he. But I understand how he feels as well. So should I say yes or no?

I have been dating this wonderful LDS guy. His family absolutely loves me as well. We have so much in common and understand eachother so well. We don't argue either. We have gotten frustrated at each other but only talked it out. We have shared things with each other and done things with each other that we haven't in past relationships. I never thought I'd get married before our 1 yr anniversary. But how can I put a time limit on a relationship? If you know, you know right?

And at around what age group does the cheating subside. You'll probably see something like a bell curve if you do the stats.

Thanks,

Flavio

P.S. do people in their 70's and 80's cheat too? hmmm

My boyfriend and I have been dating for 2 years and have known e/o for 8. I'm 18 and he's 21. We are in love and he just got a new job that pays $40,000 a year, and his parents have an extra apartment in the city for us to live in. We both want to get married but I'm his first girlfriend and he's my second boyfriend. Are we too young? Should we date other people first? I've mentioned dating other people first to him and he usually breaks down and asks why I would want 2 meet other ppl when I love him?

I've been thinking about this recently. That as many open relationships everyone says they are cool with being in. I.E. the swingers and such (though we all know one of the partners sort of regrets that in the end). I have just come to realize that the only true open relationship these days is when the couple gets a seperation. I mean they are still married and both partners can go out and date others without getting mad at one another for it. What everyone think though? Is a seperation the only truly open relationship that a couple can be in without the other partner getting hurt feelings?

i think i have made a huge mistake...my family is and always has been very controlling ( i am working on that) but i have had a boyfriend who loves me more than i have ever felt, BUT he makes mistakes like most of us do... the problem is when i am asked how things are going ...i seem to highlight those bad areas, so they only seem to know the bad side...but he really is awesome and amazing...but now its so bad that my fam says they will stop talking to me if i get back with him, and i have told him i hate him (out of anger not truth) what should i do?
It is so hard to be in a relationship with everyone that cares for you against it. :(:(

My husband recently found an old box of letters sent to him whild he was at boot camp for the Army. The letters are all over 12 years old and no longer have any meaning to him. The problem is he seems unwilling to do anything with them. He says he dosn't want to throw them away becase they may blow out of the trash can and they are very private. What would be a good way to encourage him to get rid of them, but for him to still feel as if his privacy is not being invaded? They are all from the girl he was dating in highschool. I am not really jealous, but the longer they sit there the more tempted I am to read them, just to see what they had. Any suggestions?

Ive been married for 7 years. My wife and i split up a year and half ago. We would get into vicious arguments and it would always end in her saying she wanted a divorce. I told her not to say that again or we would. SHe did and i left. I lived with a coworker of mine for awhile. I have since met a girl i really like and she is head over heels in love with me. My wife and i have been recently been talking about getting back together. I would like that for the kids, but thats pretty much it. I dont really want to break the new girls heart but I dont know what to do. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
PS I know im a dog and an a hole for having a girlfriend before the divorce. My wife hasnt had to work the full 1.5 years so im still taking care of everything financially.

I am separated from my husband 3 months and I have met some one who is everything that I want in a man, he's attentive, sensative, motivated, caring, fun, funny( makes me laugh all the time), we talk on the phone almost 3-4 times a day. So far he seems perfect ( I know, i know nobody is perfect) but he's pretty damn close. lol Sometimes I think we are clicking so fast but I'm loving every minute of it. He lives out of town so we don't see each other everyday but ...... i don't know i'm smitten. What should I do? No I have absolutely no intentions of reconciling with my husband....making plans as I speak to end it. Just seeking some opinions.....
And yes I know it's ultimately my decision.

My boyfriend and I have been together for 1 year and 4 months. Living together for 4 months. When we had only been dating for a few weeks, he up and moved 2 and a half hours away for a job. The town we are both from doesn't really have any good jobs. Well, I did most of the commuting to be with him (90%) and in April we moved in together as he found a job in our hometown. Now he wants to move again to a job 4 hours away! Without even talking to me first either. He just up and told me he hates his job and is moving to get a better one. He's been starting arguments since then too. I feel like he's laying the groundwork for just totaling leaving our relationship. Am I right?

It looks inacceptable in your answers if a married man have women friends when they are real friends;always the ghost of distrust ,jealousy and insecurity are present;it's incredible.

Both, men and women distrust theirs partners all the time;the sense of friendship has been destroyed in US society. It's very sad and disappointing, believe me.

Neither men nor women cna have sincere friends of the opposite gender.Society is dead.

Really,i"m very sad to read those answers.
