Sitting in the moonlight on the banks of the Wabash River with the man I have loved for more than 50 years. Standing under the stars in his arms in the middle of an old dirt road . Having him put a tiny diamond necklace on me and telling me the star on the left was his because it was closer to mine. And did I marry him?....no...and he's been gone 27 years...but his heart is still closer to mine.
