I did not catch my wife in bed with my brother in law but I did find cards with terms of endearment written all over them. I also found seperate cell phone bills with nothing but his cell # on it. She was using my credit cards to pay these bills over the phone. I confronted her on this and cut her off from my money. I am the sole provider (three kids, two under age ten). I earn about $120,000 a year. She has since then maxed out her cards, applied for more, and overdrawn her personal ckg acct. She does not want to work outside the home, but she is nearing the end of her financial rope. Her parents and sister do not speak with her anymore for obvoius reasons. I want to provide for my kids but she repulses me. Is this going to have any effect on custody or alimony issues. I live in Arizona. Please help>

ok........This is complicated. 4 years ago I was a divorced woman with 2 teen aged boys living at home. I met who I thought was the man of my dreams. I got pregnant. Well, we could not afford to move into a place big enough for 5 people. So my parents, who have nothing. Who struggle every day with bills. My mom who was recovering from cancer, decide to build a 2 bedroom apartment in their garage for us. figuring the 2 older kids could stay put and I would still be able to help Mom everyday. Every penny they had went into this apt. They maxed out 3 major credit cards and refinanced the house. Ok. Boyfriend build alot of it. Along with alot of help. The agreement was $1,000 a mont for the rent. I live on LI by the way that's cheap for a 2 bedroom apt. everything included. He feels he shouldn't have to pay rent. "He built the place" He doesn't understand the bills involved. To get money from him is like pulling teeth from a chicken, Is he right or wrong? Please help

She seems to wear more revealing clothes when I'm not around. She wore pretty "modest" clothes when we first married..... 15 years ago.

I am not trying to critize anyone but have you ready some of the questions you post on here. Really do you not know if it is considered cheating???? Do you not know how to tell a bridesmaid to step down??? Do you not know how to leave your husband??? Does anyone else think that half the questions posted on here are no brainer questions and you should really know the answer before posting them?

Father had a week long visitation with his daughter. Father called 4 days prior to the visit and said he didn't have utilities at his home, therefore could not pick the child up on the first day of his week long visitation, however he would have his utilities on somewhere doing that week. Father called and left a message on the mother's answering service stating that he could now pick up the child. Since he's on welfare, his utilities were cut back on today, August 1. Mother explained to the child that she would be going to visit with her dad, the child broke down in tears.

The father has not exercised his court appointed visitation with the child in 2 (two) years consistently. He has her every other weekend and one day (3 hours) during the week. Father always cancels with excuses of: no gas, money or simply just cancels. The mother has the child to call when the father does cancel.

The inquiry is - what right does the father have in regards to the week long visit at this point?

i have been abroad for the last five years while my wife was staying back home. recently i came down to my native and while at home i found that my closest friend whom wasupposed to support my wife and home here was having an affair with my wife for quite a long period since i had left. my wife confessed to the affair.i agreed that the mistake was more of mine and as the situation demanded i could come back only after three more years. before leaving there was a meeting with my friend and wife and me where both agreed to what had happened. i accepted and my friend continued coming home and i didnt object and the relationship continued for a few more months till i took my wife along with me. back abroad, my boss met and my wife at a meeting and started visiting home. he told me that he had a crush for her and conveyed it to my wife too. then i started staying away during his further visits and things were going on easy for us in life. but still at times i feel guilty? should i forget or

I've been thinking about a certain lifestyle I'd like to try, but I don't know how to find people who are safe. (like who aren't killers or something). I'd like to hear from people who know and/or have experience.

For the past few months, my father has been bugging me about meeting a 22 yr. old woman in the Philippines. He's been verbally abusive since he's been talking about her. He wants me to date her because she's a nurse and makes a lot of money and I'm 25 and Filipino too (US born). He said she's perfect for me and I don't know her very well and she's not my type.

Here is a list of what I've observed on my dad since my aunt told us about her:

-My father uses my email account to contact her
-FORCED me to write her emails against my authority
-FORCED me to send her text messages against my authority
-Threatens me if I refuse to date/marry her
-Asked my relatives and grandparents if I should marry her
-Told friends and relatives that I'll marry her
-Asked my grandmother if I had a fortune involving her
-FORCED to write a Bday card and mail it to her house
-FORCED to date her once we get to the Philippines
-FORCED to buy her a gift
-He can't stop talking/thinking about her

Is marriage easy?

The sex was awesome during courtship. He started running away from me the first year of marriage. He recently decided to admit that he is impotent. His testosterone level and libido are nonexistant. I feel cheated. Has anyone else been in this situation?

We have been married for a little over a year and I am beginning to feel there is no hope! I am lost and confused we are financially struggling and then i see that he is spending money left and right I have tried to talk to him about it and it does not seem to matter.
I have been having anxiety attacks all the time and i know that this is WHY!!!
He is also been talking to a 19 year old girl that gets him the percocets and I ask him and he says I would never cheat on my love of my life but he still is talking to her I CAN NOT STAND THIS GIRL I am so confused I am not sure what to do....
Please give some feed back!!
I also have two children that are 12 and 7 and I do not want to see them get hurt since this man has been in there lives more than there own father has been.

My byf of 10 mo. divorced after 28 yrs. (her doing). We met, fell in love & his youngest son (21) got an apartment with him in order to save $ because he was going back to school. Soon after the son who is not at all $$ responsible needed to have a cosigner for $40K in student loans - ok - he did that. Then it became the loan for the 4whlr - whihc he had cosigned for & they were repo-ing it - so he paid it off. Then the son lost his job & says he's having trouble getting his UI. Now the sons GF is pregnant. I want to be supportive of the decisions my byf is making towards his son - after all it's his child. However, the X wife does nothing & left my byf in a position to have to file CH13 - so he doesn't have anything left to give. His dghtr (28) is not much better & always uses him. While I ask for NOTHING, they are always making him feel as though he's choosing between them & I. Now that another grandchild is on the way - OUR future together is under even more stressed.

So, If my husband and I were to get pregnant, how much should we make to be able to support the baby and ourselves in Southern California? I have one semester left in college, but I hate birth control, so we don't use it. We haven't gotten pregnant in 3 years with this method, but I know it is always a possibility and I am fine with that. We are financially stable, but we are also trying to buy a house now. Has anyone out there had to deal with buying a house, finishing school, and having a baby all at the same time? Serious answers only. Thanks.

Couples especially now that gay couples have the same rights as a married couple after two years. I think Marriage is old fashioned way way past its sell by date. I lived with a man very happily for three years until he died I put most of the work Into our relationship . Working on various properties, shopping for him helping him around the houses, doing some office work, organising our social life which he was happy about since he had always had people to do these things, I told him on the first day we met I definately did not want to marry again or have any kind of joint bank account even though he was much wealthyier than me. I would never let any man control me financially in any way, I would highly recommend this to any women. But I did love and care about him and we made a comitment to each other and he did buy me a ring. I have two Daughters who I hope will never Marry if they want to try it that is fine I will still love and care about them. I hope both will have children. What

My husband and I have very few similar interests. There is a play I want to see over the weekend but he thinks plays are boring and he suggested to go with a friend. I don't really want to go with a friend, I want to go with him. What do you think? Is it unfair for me to ask him to do something he doesn't enjoy?
