She seems to wear more revealing clothes when I'm not around. She wore pretty "modest" clothes when we first married..... 15 years ago.

Yep, she's bangin the mail man! Your hosed dude. Set up web cams in the house and use it as evidence in divorce court (make sure they are signs posted).

I would really need more information to completely answer this question; does she work? Does she stay at home all day or does she run errands/volunteer? What do you mean "nicer" and what do you consider "modest"?
I would not automatically jump on the "affair train" just because of the way that she dresses during the day. If you think that she is cheating, then you probably have other reasons than just her attire.
There could be many reasons that she changes clothes when you get home. If she is a stay at home wife/mom, it is very important that (and highly recommended) that she actually get up in the morning, put on nice clothes and make up and fix her hair. This helps keep women from becoming depressed. It is very possible that she views you coming home from work as her que to unwind and get into something more comfortable.
If you seriously think that your wife is cheating on you, then talk to her about it. Ask her why she dresses more "risque" than she did before.

How do you know she wears more revealing clothes when you aren't around? Maybe she is just more comfortable with herself and her body now. I hardly think that dressing in "nicer" clothes is reason to believe that she is flirting or cheating. There would be other clues is she is definitely cheating.

I work in an office with a strict business casual dress code. So of course, I'm always dolled up.
But as soon as I get home, I change into my tshirts and sweats.
Heels and pencil skirts with starched and crisp button down shirts are not very comfortable.
I don't think she's cheating on you in any way at all. But I do think you need to take a look at yourself as to why you're being so insecure.

Maybe cause she is going out to the store, mall, run errands.......and by the time she comes home she has to clean up and so stuff around the house and she has to change into sweats and flip flops.......I know I don't like to go out in public looking ragedy.....I don't want to run into someone. I even take a shower before I go outside to get the mail but when i come home i have to do laundry, wash dishes and tend to the kids and I am not doing it in my cute clothes!

Maybe she feels like you don't appreciate her sexuality anymore. I know...I was married 15 years...how hard it can be to maintain the "Lust" part of in love after all that time. You sort of take it for granted and assume that she knows how you feel.
It's apparent that she wants to feel sexy, but you need to show her how much you want her to dress that way for you as well. Buy her something that you know she will like, and give it to her after a night of passion. Totally blow her off her feet and rock her world, then try to keep it up.
Send her sexy voice mails or texts, notes in her purse, flowers and candy (Not all the time..you don't want a fat princess)

No it could mean that she feels more comfortable in those cloths and maybe shes afraid of what you may think and think shes to fat or its not cute and changes into something that you like because she wants to make you happy or maybe she think you lik what she wheres when your home. but thats not what she likes so when your at work she dresses how she like.

typically a woman (myself included) must wear appropriate office attire (exampe: skirt, blouse, heels, etc,) but when I get home, I prefer to wear shorts and a tank top (it is hot in TEXAS)...so yes, I do dress "nicer" while at work, but by no means am I flirting or cheating

She may be getting the compliments from others that she don't get at home from you! You might want to make a special effort to notice new outfits, hairdo's and other things like that.

My mother used to wear dresses and heels to go to her "dr.'s appointment" all the time. She got busted cheating by my dad's family.
