Marriage & Divorce - 1 August 2007

Iv been married for 6 months.My man made it clear he'd never leave his mum, as she has alzheimers, and i dont mind. Everything was ok, til after a few months of being married, his brother and wife (who actually deserted their mum and left, she hates our mother inlaw). She hasnt spoken to her in 4 years, till i got married, and now she leaves her 2 girls 7 and 8 at my house al the time, its been more then 2 weeks and they're there every day, shes nice to our mother in law, and takes advantage, i feel its unfair as mum cant cope and i end up cleanign up after them, with pen marks over cream sofas, table cloth, when i get home form work i find the kitchen like its been hit by a tornado. our house looks a mess. Unfortunately, my husband says its not worth causin a problem, hed never be able to tell them to stop leaving their kids here all day till night. That his mum would b heart broken. ifeel like im getting the bad end of the deal here. am i wrong insisting its unfair n has to stop

I've been married for over 2 yrs now. My husband is in the Army. We've spent more time apart then together. When he comes from Iraq, he's a sweethart for about 2 months. Then comes the drama. He starts downloading porn, which I don't have a problem with at first. He told me it helps him when he's away so he doesn't go astray. I being the wife that I am believe him until I find evidence that he has cheated on me. So now, I outed the porn. I give him everything he ever wants and then some. He makes empty promises to me and lies to me all the time. I'm always catching him at some lie. He leaves in September. I'm lonely and he barely spends time with me. He thinks 45 min to an hour a day is suffice time with me. He thinks when we lay our heads down at night that it's time with me. I told him no way is us sleeping in the same bed spending time with me. I'm asleep. I'm really tired and drained. I've been thinking of cheating on him to make myself feel better and more attractive. Help!!

My wife has been cheating on me for the past two months. I have some proof printed out that shows she was with a whole slew of guys.Various pictures, emails, etc.

Do I show her all this stuff now? Should I take it to marriage counseling with me tomorrow? Or do I hold it for the divorce court?

My boyfriend and I are going to move into together soon and start living together. We recently got engaged and want to live together for a few years before deciding to get married. The problem is we disagree over children - he wants to have them and I am not sure if I ever will. Do you think we should: (1) just move in together first and see how it goes, or (2) sort this out before we move in together?

My fiance and are trying to figure out how to break the news to his parents that we are getting married, and that he will be moving in with me two months before our marriage. He lives with his parents right now, and although his parents acept me...they are weary of him getting hurt. Should we tell them boht things at once or would it be better to tell them Sunday that we are getting married and then tell next sunday(the day before he moves out) that he is moving in with me?

My wife doesn't have the same sex drive as me. She usually gives in but when she doesn't I can't help from getting mad. She never initiates sex. When I ask why she doesn't she tells me it is because I want it so much that she doesn't get a chance. She may initiate sex once a month. I told her I was going to have to get a girlfriend because she can't keep up. She was not amused. I just wish she wanted me like I want her, I could be happy and secure. What's my problem?

I've been married for 7 yrs, but strangely our sex life isn't enjoyable. I feel unwanted as I'm always the one taking the initiative. Try to talk to him, but to no avail. Think bcoz we've knw each other for 15 yrs & the spark is no longer there, just going thro' some motion. I get really lonely at time since we've no kids though we tried hard for the past few years.. We don't quarrel alot, but assume we understand each other. He admitted started an affair last yr & I was quite sad. My marriage is now pending divorce, not bcoz I can't forgive. There is something really missing in our yrs of marriage, possibly our intimacy, our involvement & participation in each other's life, etc.. I feel sad abt letting go, after all, we had been together for so many years.. We did mention abt reconciling, but no actions.. I've move back to my parents' place & he stay alone. A Hindu wife had any past affair or sexual relation with any other guy before marriage.Can husband legally torture her or ask anything about her past sexual life or give divorce on this basis in India? Can he ask her whether she released any immature baby before the marriage? I just found out that my wife has a lover when I discovered a video of her and him on our computer. She was engaged in the wildest sex acts imaginable, things that she had never wanted to do with me. I know she always loved me but only wanted traditional, conservative sex. Now I'm perplexed and confused. We plan on moving away because the guy is a real deadbeat. Alread has 2 kids he doesn't see much. My wife and I are trying to fix things but I know with this guy in our lifes it will never work. Is there anyway to keep him out of our lives and for me to claim to be the father???

My husband and I have been together for 6yrs. Sometimes I feel I need to pull myself away from him. I guess its because I am tired of begging for intimacy from him. I ask and for a while he will try but then a day or two later he is back to his old ways .I know that what I'm asking for isn't to much and that I deserve it. My partner has a child with his ex-wife. He has very limited access to his child. And it upsets me that he doesn't fight for his child, he doesn't want to create trouble! He advise me that we have a function to attend in September and that I have to be socialble with his ex-wife. Now I don't like her very much as we have had a couple of difficult meetings. He blames me entirely for those difficult times and continuely makes her to be the better person and not me. What should I do in this situation?
