LOL I know I do this to my husband. I don't mean to but sometimes when I am home with the kids I just need to hear a friendly voice and an Adult one. Then one of the kids needs something and I am off and running!

i do it to hubby all the time he is a truck driver sometime i do it to hear his voice and say i love you other times i do think i have time to talk for a min but then my boys do something and i just have to go he hates it but understands that i dont do it on purpose things happen

Perhaps just to let you know that she loves you and is thinking about you but doesn't really have the time to talk to you or give you her full attention at that specific time.
I know that sometimes I just call my hubby to let him know I am thinking about him... and that's really all I have time to say.
