Do you think it's better to cry sometimes or just brush it off & be strong! I think I mostly try to be strong, but if something hits me just right I will break down and cry! Am I a wimp or just human? Serious question.

I've had someone tell me I'm to old to have my feelings hurt. That's not true is it?

10 year marriage. Wife suddenly unhappy and gets own apartment after I refuse to leave house but doesn't move out as planned - finally moves in with guy (second affair in 3 months) on our street who the children know (I do not) - cocaine likely being abused by wife - now does not call children or seem to be interested in them - incidentally had breast enhancement and botox without my knowledge about 3 weeks ago (? where money came from) - she is determined to allow this new person to spend time with our children and I am refusing - any suggestions? (I have filed for divorce and am seeking sole custody)

My sister used to say that all the time. I just read an answer to a post that reminded me of that. I've also heard alot of women say that. I personally think it depends on how much he cares about you. What do you think???

Now that the kids have grown and pretty much left home and it's just she, myself and and the cat, I find that I've grown rather uncomfortable around my wife. The silence sometimes is almost deafening. Our interests are quite disimilar, and the fact that we don't nor really ever have had much in common doesn't make for very good conversation. And, I might add, the sex has become practically non existent, which only seems to compound the problem. This is, in a nutshell, is my problem. It's really considerably more complicated than this, but there just isn't the time or the space here for all the details. In short, I really don't know what to do. Any suggestions? Twenty six and a half years, I fear, are about to go down the drain unless a solution can be found. Thank you all in advance for whatever you might be able to contribute.

He's 25. He's had a crush on me for the past 3 years, but because I was extremely, shy, busy with school and work i turned him down when he asked me twice and avoided him. I really do like him and realize the error of my ways and I want to try again, but he isn't being cooperative. I try to be friendly, smile, approach, start conversation but he is extremely nervous around me, help.

Sexual relations outside of the bedroom, and especially outside of the home, can be an exciting and fun part of a married couple's sex life. But where and when, that is the question.

Is having sex in your car illegal? What kind of charges can one expect if caught engaging in a sexual act in their automobile?

How do you spice up your love life outside of the bedroom, and outside of the house?

I believe it is the 18th anniversary. We are going to be at a family reunion on their actual anniversary, so we want to be able to bring something special. Maybe something customized or unusual (but nice). Nothing too plain and nothing tacky. Help! We are both teenagers so we don't have a ton of $$ but can spend a little bit.

Okay so my husband and I were together for a year and a few months and then we seperated. I moved out and took 1/2 the assets. But then we tried dating and did use our joint account a few months later. I feel that we should just stop and walk away and do a dissolution but he feels that I owe him money spent during the marriage. I am a full time student and he is a cpl in the marine corps. He made most of the money during our marriage. I told him it would be in our best interest to just do a dissolution because he would end up paying spousal support since he made most of the money. He is from west virginia and doesnt understand california laws (not that I myself have a superb knowledge either). Someone reccomended that we go to a mediator but would there be a point if he is not going to cooroperate? This whole thing is affecting my school financial aid and everything. I was also thinking about a seperation does he have to agree to that? PLEASE HELP! I am soooo lost . . . .

My husband decided to change jobs so he will be able to be home during the week. So we're looking to buy a house closer to place of new business, and I am quitting my job (other quest. posted). He just called and said present employer offered him a raise and possible bonuses; (he is in construction, a superintendent). New job will give him a vehicle to drive to and from work and same wage with raise and bonuses regularly. He wants to stay with present job, but wants me to decide. I am very hurt. I thought the whole thing was so we could finally be together more instead of just weekends! I'm thinking of just telling him it's his choice, see what he does, and then decide how I am going to handle it; separation, divorce...I don't know. Am so confused. Any advice? And yes, I've discussed this all with him before, so he does know how I feel. I won't make the decision, because if I say you better take the new job or else, and it doesn't work out, he will blame me.
