may be the girls you met at vegas was really married and "cost him" means he will be paying for it in a different way, not by money.

in the high class world or atleast what i have read about. hooker that are married.. get the big bucks.. they have a special room at a motel they meet men at.. usally through a contact..men pay extra money because they think they are cleaner .. because of marriage.. and most of the time the hubby dose not know of how the wife make her extra money..

No... They probably meant if ur going to push the envelope with them, be prepared to pay in whatever way they deem appropriate. OR they had their husbands with them, and if the guys touched them, well u'd "pay for it" by their husbands...
