What if the couple isn't happy together?

I have been divorced for 2 years now, and separated 1 yr prior. I have 2 children who live w/father. I have been on the move for 3 yrs bc didn't want the divorce, and couldn't accept reality. It finally caught up with me. I am scheduled for court in 2 days to show my work history for the past 6 months. I have not worked since the split up. I have someone who provides the necessities for my survival in exchange for housework, helping out w/ his business (Record Keeping/Ordering), and helping him due to his health problems. For clothes, I go the clothing pantries, for food-I go to food pantries. What is expected from me when I go in front of this judge and have no income? I did withdraw my 401 K to pay off my debt ($20,000) But now that is depleted. Help!!! I'm really nervous. I have to prove why I'm not in contempt of court.

A few weeks after me and my husband got married, he left his yahoo page open on the computer and i saw him sending pictures of "himself" to an other girl. The picture were sent before we got married but I didnt see them utill after we got married.He denied it for a few weeks but the more and more I dug into it, he finaly confessed that the pictures were of him. Just this past Tuesday I was going to send him a text message telling him that i love him and to have a good day at work. Well I went through his phone (wich this is my first time ever doing becouse "I trusted him") And found that him and antother girl were chatting. He said he was trying to find out who she was and why she keep texting him and the messages read from her part.. "Are you comming by my job" "How late do you get off" things like that and his replys were.."Where do you work" What time do you get off" My question is, in a marriage is this concidered cheating and should i take him back. We also have a 2 yr. old son.

In January of this year my wife left to go back west to move in with her parents. She left me and our son behind because "we were not getting along." Since then we've been keeping an open a line of communication by talking over the phone. Over time she has admitted that she was stressed out by the fianances, not having nice things, and living in a town she hated. But, over time I also learned that she had a hidden email account that she was using to talk with an old flame. When confronted, she said that she needed somebody to talk to. But later she admitted that while out of town for a business trip she decided to meet him, pick him up at the airport, have dinner and then dop him off at his hotel. Now, months later she wants to come back, but only when I finish my degree which is within the next month. She has hardly spoken to our 11 year old son, and wants to come back out of the blue as if nothing has happened. We have been married ten years. Am I stupid?

This case involes a father who has current child support, but whose visitation to the 13 YO girl has been blocked by the mother. Dividing his court/attorney costs by the number of times he's seen her, it averages out to $1900.00 per visit.

Until recently, he hasn't seen the girl for six months. He saw her by waiting near her school when she called to asked that he be there.

At the time, she informed him that her mother was wanting a baby, so she's been using a turkey baster to put her boyfriend's semen in her. The father called the police, but rather than have him take the child to a hospital, family services told the police to take her to be examined than put her in a temporary holding center for children in need. Than, despite his requests, they placed her in a foster care home, 200 miles away, as there were no local spots available.

To add insult to injury, they filed for an increase in his child support to pay for it. The mother and boyfriend fled the state.

My boyfriend is a Soldier who was depolyed to afghanistan in feb. he is coming home on leave in aug and we were gonna go to hawaii to get married ..untill he told me the other day that we couldnt be married cause he was already. he said he married his best friends sister so she coud get her citizenship a few yrs ago. He said he was trying to get a divorce and he is sorry for not telling me sooner. then i asked if there wa anything else i needed to know and he said just one thing. he slept with a married woman just before we got together and she got pregnant and the baby is 2 months old and he is not sure if it is his or not. he said she emailed him before the baby was born and asked if he thought it might be his but has not contacted him since the birth,what the hell should I do ...stay( I left my husband for him..i was sure he is the love of my life) or leave? i have 2 children who adore him as well.
HELP one part of me wants to run and the other stay cause i love him so deeply?

It seems like everywhere you go and turn someone is getting married. And you hear all these stories of being together for 3 weeks, or 4 weeks and then BAM your married. Isn't there any time to get to know the person you are about to spend your entire life with? or do you just want a good f*** for a year or so and then its on to the next one. Please let me know

We have been married for 7 yrs for which he has never been responsible at all. He is controlled by his OCD. e have a family business so he has never made the effort to earn his living. Since I have been very understanding I feel he has taken advantage of me ....now that I have a child I an scared that my baby will get effected. I am sick and tired of his promises to try and never do it. We have been to counselling(OCD) but he hasnt tried hard enough. I find it hard to live with him and to leave him. My husband is from the philippines. Before he came to hawaii, i was going out with some else. I was not going to tell him about it but a family member of mine told him. So i told him everything. so i tole him if you don't want to marry me anymore just let me know. then he said that he loves me and that we can make it work. but till this very day he treat me like ****. No matter how many ways I spell it, cry, try to explain to him-- he doesn't think I should have any reasons to be upset and hurt by him looking at porn on the internet. He does not see why I care, or why him looking at other women hurt me. How do you make men understand how degrading it feels to have your husband look at other women like this? I know men and women are different, but he tells me that because of these differences I will never understand. Am I alone in this feeling? And how do I make him understand? I have told him numerous times how hurt it makes me feel. ....and nothing? He is a wonderful, caring guy, but in this area for whatever reason I can't get through to him.

Why does everyone tell people to grow up when they have a problem about something, exspecially about exs and stuff. Im marrying a guy that has an ex wife and 3 kids. She is NOT allowd to come to the door to pick the kids up or drop them off, courts rulles. The new person you marry has athoraty over those kids no matter what the other parent says, your there step-parent. If your ex trust you around the kids, you should too. The new person can tell the ex what to do when it comes to....if they can come in your house, if the kids can go with you a certin day or not...are you getting what im saying? The bio parents need to get over the whole evil-step-parents, were not all like that. So why does everyone think the bio parents think they can do what ever the fuc* they want????

My husband and I have been together for 12 years. We have been through a lot too. I used to live in a neighborhood in a house I loved. We moved from there about 4 years ago. My husband recieved a call this afternoon and I just happened to be near him. I heard someone screaming on the other end. I became very suspicious when I didnt feel secure with his answer. I checked his phone records on the computer about 15 minutes later. I also intercepted a voice message from her- cursing about him not bringing money for his daughters 5th birthday. I called the and asked who she was- I found out she was my ex-neighbor- she was very apologetic- but I didn't believe her. I checked the phone records and for the last month or two- they have been talking to each other sporadically. My question is: WHAT DO I DO NOW? I still love him though- but I'm totally hurt! He didn't give me a good answer when asked about Her! Was I totally wrong for checking behind him? What would you do?

When I was dating my now husband. He bought a Topco sex swing.
I experienced my first big - O, it was amazing, so I just had to marry him. But now we are looking at getting a better one.

From this woman's point of view the swing we got made my butt sore.
It was like sitting on a swing at the playground. It made my legs go a little numb.

I guess from a man's point of view. well lets say the point of view is what counts to him :)

I have been asking about the RHW swing I seen on ebay. The RockHer World Swing looks like it is built more from the woman's point of view.
I would like to get that one next. It just looks so comfy.

I just do not know if it is worth the extra cost.

Dose any one have the RHW Swing??
I think the head rest would help so much. My neck gets sore in my swing.
