Okay i have been married 3 yrs now and its been an extremely rock road.I dated my husband for 2.5 yrs during college it was love at first sight whem we first met and case of polar opposites attracting.I am Catholic and he is Jewish but we also have very different mind sets on how things should be done, how the world works, situations handled, family values, and morals(he is conservative/i am more open minded)Our problems started after our son (unplanned)who is almost 3 yrs old now was born and i refused to convert to juadism. My husband wanted our son to be circumsized and i said NO! We fight non -stop on how our son should be raised. My husband wanted our son to be brought up Jewish and i wanted to teach him about both religions. So as to let my son descide when he was older what religion he wanted to follow. After a year of seperation my husband has moved back into our home it took a week but now we are back to fighting this time because we found out my great gran dad was a Nazi?

What would happen if my parents split up? My mom would live with her family since she has no money. More to another state. My sister and I would grow up here and I could raise her. My father. I will disconnect from him. He is not worth it. Though I do love him. Thinking about emotions will destroy me. I hate him and I love him.

my STB Ex-Husband & I have been separated for a few months now. he has a girlfriend who is pregnant, possibly w/his kid. he's been in town for a few days now (he & his gf live in another state), & we've been "secretly" talking on the phone at night and text messaging a LOT. well, last night we sort of slept together. of course last night has to be kept secret from everyone we know. but he says he doesn't want anyone to know yet that we are spending so much time together, & talking on the phone (about a LOT more than out daughter, i might add), & sending dirty little pictures through our cell phones to each other. i understand why he doesn't want it to get back to his gf, but why would he not want ANY of our friends or family to know we are hanging out so much? they ALL know we both want to remain good friends through & after our divorce. I want to tell the world how well we are getting along, but i promised him i wouldn't. why would he not want anyone to know about our FRIENDSHIP???

Every time I read about infedility here on YA tons of people quickly chime in..."Leave him/her...Divorce!" Is it at all possible that divorce is not the answer to marital problems?

I sent my sons off for the month of July to stay at their dads just like I am suppose to because that is what was required by me in the divorce. Well, in the mean time my son is only there a week and he gets himself a girlfriend...now my son is only 16 so it's pretty typical to hook back up with an old girlfriend from about two years ago, and I know this girl is trouble. But I get a call from my x saying that my sons no longer want to live with me and that they want to live with him and his wife Now the step mom is a @#%* from what my sons have told me before. Which I rather not go into right now on the things she use to have my sons do. My husband abuse both my sons and myself and dcfs did get involved so we left and moved away from him, but I have to do what the court says by letting him see them. I told my son it was out of the question. So then he said he hated me. I know when he gets back he is going to be out of control and i don't know what to do.

I had a six year relationship with my first boyfriend from 15-21. We did everything together, we even lived together from the age of 17. We had a passionate, up and down love, which I ended up leaving because I thought I should concentrate on my education instead of settling down and marrying so young.
I saw him again five years later, we had a passionate, wonderful vacation, but when it was time to go back to the city where I lived, I left again. Why didn't he ask me to stay? I wondered. Why didn't he take me by the hand, look me in the eye, and ask me to stay? Why didn't I just stay?
Fast forward to today, and he is still in my blood. We communicate by email, he says the reason he didn't ask me that day to stay was because he was so scared I would say no. He says he has never found another love like ours, but is married and has to take care of his wife for now, but says that things might change in the future because he cannot stop loving me, either. I need help with this!

My husband, who I have three kids with, left me for a year claiming to have fallen in love with our friend, came back saying mistake. Won't give up his friendship with her and thinks I should be ok with his feelings. It is tearing me apart each time he "pops down for coffee." Don't say make him choose, he says I have no right to dictate his friends. Just wish he loved me as much as he cares for her. Don't want to split again as kids really missed him and don't want to uproot them, but can't go on crying. Things go well, she gets her paws on him and everything is my fault again. Tried speaking to her years ago when this first started, she says she can't help it. Obviously spoken to husband, he says he can't help feelings and I should be glad he's honest and it hurts him to know I feel this way.

Ex is from the UK. He has denied being the bio father of our child whom he has never seen in person, nor been involved with.

Had made threats, so his name is not on birth certif., refused to do DNA, knows he has a child support order in our divorce papers, and said he threw it in the trash. Has been on a vendetta against me, never once wanting to see our child....just bent on harassing me, saying Im keeping him from entering the country!( His name is flagged but he can visit )

If he has denied he is the father, refusing to do DNA...how can I terminate his rights with his being the 'legal' father as we were married still when I gave birth? DO I have to put his name on the birth certif. NOW and then try ..or only unless a DNA test is done...and time passes again with his non involvement?

Or should I just leave it be? He only has a physical address for us cause of his past threats w/his girlfriend..and he has never petitioned the courts in 2 yrs for his visitation rights.

My former husband got married before he was legally divorced from me. When the divorce was final, he remarried the same person. He died two years later, and left nothing to his daughter from the 1st marriage. Do you think the 2nd marriage was legal?

Marriage, i have always believed is for life. However, my wife had trouble adjusting and adapting with me and decided to end up though i never told her or wished to end up because the issues according to me were unimportant. We did take counselling from my wife's aunt (who is a behavioral expert) and she reproved my wife for her behaviour towards my family and me. Now it would be 6 months since my wife let me and she has always maintained she'll not come back to me. I thought she would change her mind but has not happened so far.

Would it make sense to go for divorce now or wait for some more time? Though none of my wellwishers advices me to wait for her.

Ofcourse i as such am not concerned about the stigma (as in India, because 14 % of newly weds end up in divorce these days). But am wondering how common has it become.

(Indian cultural sensitivites are very different from that of the west)
