Sexual relations outside of the bedroom, and especially outside of the home, can be an exciting and fun part of a married couple's sex life. But where and when, that is the question.
Is having sex in your car illegal? What kind of charges can one expect if caught engaging in a sexual act in their automobile?
How do you spice up your love life outside of the bedroom, and outside of the house?

While the idea of getting caught is part of it, the idea of people watching is not. I didn't mean that I thought people should just start getting primal out in the middle of Central Park or something.

Having sex in your car is illegal. If caught you can be charged with indecent exposure. Unless you can someway cover up all the windows. Try doing something a little less out of the home and more in un ordinary places, try your roof or you backyard or camping.

Yes I believe having sex in your car is illegal if your car is parked on public property or if you and your husband are exposing yourselves to people. You guys can have sex outside of the bedroom as long as you are on private property (i.e. in a tent in your backyard or even out in the open on a blanket in your backyard as long as the walls are high enough to hide you guys from neighbors.)
However, I think that part of the fun of having sex in different places is the fact that it is illegal and you could get in trouble. It makes it that much more exciting. So really do it wherever you want just be discreet and try not to get caught.

Having sex in a place which is public is lewd and lascivious behavior, and I think a misdemeanor, and it doesn't matter if you are married or not. That includes doing it on private property, where you are in view from a public place.
Try for a place that may be out of doors, but is legally a private property, and is away from view. Try renting a beach side or country property and do it there. Find one with a pool, and try it there. Go bush camping. Or try a motel room, even if its just blocks from home, and arrange an afternoon delight. Its not just that its out of doors, its that its different.

Yes it is illegal, whether it is illegal in all states I'm not sure. Besides getting charge with indecent exposure depending in what position the officer sees you in they can add additional charges also depending on the state. When it comes to doing stuff outside the house, what makes it exciting is the fact that someone might see you or catch you.

I think you can get a ticket for it, but how harsh the punishment is may vary in different areas. Then again, that's the whole appeal for many folks! The chance that you can get busted. Maybe you could try:
1. role playing
2. Abstaining for a bit. Doing everything but the deed.
3.Taking a trip
But I wouldn't recommend making a tape, as these tend to always get people into trouble later!

This depends on other factors.
Is the car moving?
Courts will look to see if the driver was in control of the vehicle.
Additionally, I suppose public areas like supermarket parking lots are public displays ...even in the car. So, that could end in criminal charges.
Now camping at a campground at night and doing it in the car....unlikely to illicit charges.

If you're car is in public and the public can see into you're car, yes you can get in trouble. Even if the car is in your own drive way. Depending on the state, in some states lude acts in public can land you in jail. I have played in the car. It is fun but I've always pulled the car into the backyard, also there are no children living on either side of me. Good luck

Having sex in public is illegal. You can be charged with indecent exposure and lude acts. Not to mention being handcuffed and escorted to central booking in your undies (or less). It's not worth having a record just for a few minutes of excitement.
