Marriage & Divorce - 19 June 2007

I am getting tired of all this working and dealing with stuff so the only solution I can come up with is being a trophy husband. I can cook very well and am fairly good at cleaning, laundry, and changing diapers. So I need advice on actually getting to this point. I was thinking about hanging out at med schools or law schools, but pretty much Idaho sucks for professionals.

I am married now and all but my kids are not by him I have 4 wonderful children. My ex husband I have 3 by and the past 3 summers he has taken them he tries to find reasons to take them from me. He fills their heads with so many things its not funny. I have talked to a Lawyer but they want 2500.00 up front to even start the case. What can or should I do? There is more to the story and it gets unbelivable you wouldnt even wanna know bout it. Please help me figure this out.

My husband and I both have a myspace account to keep in touch with friends and family. He just got this message today:

He says he doesn't know this woman. I have asked some friends if they know her and I found out that she was (in their opinion) a slut when she was younger and a trouble maker. The only thing that keeps popping into my head is that she is going to say that my husband got her pregnant years ago, and he is the father of her child. I don't know what to think.

A professional, married couple want to wait until their careers are fully on line before becoming parents, but don't want to gamble on an oops taking place. In order to avoid this, he has a vasectomy, but first they doctors harvest eggs from her and fertilize them with his sperm. They are than frozen until the time when they are ready to become parents.

Before this happens, the marriage falls apart and there's a divorce. Should the woman be awarded the fertilized eggs, allowing her to get pregnant at any time, and thus collecting child support from him, or should they be destroyed?

These eggs are not within her, so she's not being forced to have an abortion. She also not being forced to have children. Should he than be forced to be a father, tying him financially to her for as long as she decides to use the eggs, at 18-23 years per child?

My husband and I are swingers who have been playing for a couple of years. We went on a weekend trip a month ago with the parents of our daughter's friend and we all got horny and messed around. They had never done anything like this and had no idea that we had (we don't tell friends). We have played a couple of times since and it has been reeeeal good.
Problem now: she is jealous. Her and her husband are having issues about it and said that we should stop. That's fine with us - really. We'd rather be friends with them and more importantly preserve our marriages.
Now when we are around each other the sexual tension is TREMENDOUS. She wants it so bad and makes it known, but we have promised not to go there (or even try) unless they say they want to again (not in a "heat of the moment" situation). She openly says my husband turns her on so much. I say either we resume, or we go back to "normal" - this in between is no good. "Normal" might not be possible anymore.
Any ideas???

last week, my man and i went to a local bar for wings. we've been there on several occasions, and the female bartender flirts with him. but this time it went to far when he shared his wings with her, and then invited her to come over to ride motorcycles with us.(we took a break from riding for lunch) i felt almost degraded but, have a hard time expressing my feelings. he has a very dominent personality. any help??

My husband has found a new website called paltalk and now he stays on it from sun up to sun down and i only see him when he wants to have sex or eat and he dosent come to bed until two in the morning. He dosent pay any attention to me anymore and we dont conversate because hes always on the damed paltalk. A good friend of mine was recently in a car accident and they say her front temporal lobe(?) was injured. Since that time she has been experiencing issues realtated to the love she feels for her family. She has 3 wonderful kids whom she has always been very motherly towards and now she is not even feeling a connection.

She has moved out of her house and only comes to "visit" on a daily basis. Her husband is trying to be understanding but he is very hurt..

My question is has anyone ever heard of this type of injury causing such damage in a persons personal life? And how do you suggest I be a good friend to her? I want to just tell her how selfish I think she is being and to think of her kids before her self but I know that is not fair if she is really dealing with a brain injury.

She has been seeing doctors and therapist about this issue already. Thanks!

My husband is gona file for a divorce and he's gona pay for it and I just want to know how much does it cost? We've been married for 2yrs, no kids. We live in NYC. I was kinda pressured into getting married because I felt obligated because of her level of commitment. I love her dearly but she is different than she was before. I was in prison for 9 months and she stuck it out with me. I married her the day of my releas and we had to move in with her mom so we could save money for a house. She isnt the same. She is a lot different around her mom and a lot different because we live here and without staying with her mom I would be homeless. Should I get out now or try to make this work. so it goes like this. my husbands been away for 10months because of a stupid parole violation. and i havent taked 2 him 4 3weeks.so i paid the bill and he calls..and instead of asking about his kids or asking if im okay our conversation was mostly like tell me what you been doing cuz i already know.he expects me to be unfaithful and he thinks too much in his head.
i have no time for bullshit in my life. and these last 10 months i have had 2 basically deliver by myself, make ends meet with no job and 2 kids and a 6 month old baby. i aslo had to deal with my grandma passing and away my mother is getting sick.i know our past wasnt the grestest however im 2 damm old 2 be thinking im 16 with no kids.ya feel me !!

I live with my boyfriend (he owns the house) and I help him with the bills. He makes more and easiest money that me. So when i ask him for something he does not want to give it to me because i work! but when he has to give money to his exes for the kids he has with them he doesn't have a problem, even if it is a ridiculous amount.

i pay cable, internet, phone, water, food shopping. He pays just 39% of the mortgage because he rents an studio uptairs. he also pays the electric+gas bill. I still have to pay all my personal expenses. my cell, hair, nails, lunch at work, so what that heck is he good for?

He has a car but he uses mine (hooptie). He drops me off at work everyday. He has crashed my car on a side twice! (he said will fix it), putting a lot of miles on the car. so i said i need a new and reliable car and i just wanted him to help me with the downpayment. guess the answer he gave me NO! and believe me there is more drama in our realtionship this is only the economics

My brother left home 3 weeks ago because my step father has been hitting him. He is 15 years old and does not have a job. He told my mom he will come back if our step father leaves. Mom says she will try to fix the problem if he returns. I am scared for him. He does not have a job and we live in another state away from our real family. What can I do. I'm the youngest child.

it and he doesn't think there is anything wrong with it. We just got married. He says he is just looking around but also emailing. He says its a game. I think he is addicted and needs help. He says its just for fun. Why doesn't he think this is wrong and will not stop. Is this a sickness? Do I leave only after a few months or try to help him? In the meantime I am going absolutely crazy inside. I can't stop thinking about what he is doing when I am not around. Frustrated!!!!
