Looking at your question philosophically I think that in the long run we can only satisfy ourselves.
We create support all around us in life, or we don't.
Women and men can be like different parts of the same wondrous body. Or not, depending on when you happen to look. But fulfillment is usually on a level of personal satisfaction.

I am a woman and I am easily satisfied. Fried Chicken, A Chocolate bar, and My husband rocking my world like only he can! believe me, I am a very satisfied woman!

I am a woman and I'd have to say "NO".
Last night, my husband cooked dinner, and I got stroppy because he didn't load the dishwasher.
Where is the fairness? LOL
(Note - the answer to this question would change on a daily basis for me and would depend on where I am in the cycle. LOL)
