I don't know if this is common or not but here it goes. For some reason I have lost interest in my husband everything he says or does just annoys me. I don't even have the urge to have sex with him anymore. Any one have some suggestions?

He lives in another state and has not informed his employer that he has a court order to pay child support. If I mail a copy of the court order to his employer is that sufficient means for them to begin withholding that money from his paycheck?

My ex-husband & I have joint custody of our 13 yr. old daughter with him being the "residential" parent.
Each year, she comes down to Florida (from New York) for the summer
The ticket, which I paid for entirely, was bought in May and is non-transferable/non-refundable.
He was listening in on one of phone calls, got mad because of what he heard and now says, "She can't come down this summer or any other summer for that matter".
He's afraid that she's going to come down here and stay...she's been talking about wanting to come live with me. It's not about her....it's about paying ME child support as well as support for his other daughter whose mother and him are currently going through a divorce.
I'm current on my child support and it is court-ordered that I am allowed summer visitation. I know that most of you will scream get a lawyer..I have a call in to one now..what I'm wondering is, do any of you think he has a leg to stand on? She's due to leave the 29th of this month!

I cannot possibly imagine when one says such because this is her and her married bf issue.

Who is to blame? Parents and personal upbringing, school or American individualistic system?

My spouce is willing to sign his name of the title of our married home. We are seperated, not divorced.
How would a person go about making that change? Do you have to be divorced in order for it to be allowed?

How common is abuse in a marriage? How forgivable is it for a wife to be overly jealous of her husband's ex-wife and accusing him of having more respect for her?(the ex) How forgivable is it for a man to strike his 8 month pregnant wife giving her a black eye during an intense argument? What does it mean when a man raises his fist to his wife when she angers him? When the husband appologizes, wife accuses husband of never treating first wife that way. This results in an endless cycle of jealousy, insecurity, and self hatred for the wife (she constantly compares herself to first wife). For the husband, he is always frustrated and tired of reassuring his wife that he loves her--he flies into a rage and sometimes hits her and shoves her and calls her stupid. Then there are the "sorries" and the "I love you's" , but the same old thing happens again when the ex comes back into the picture. Is this marriage doomed? And can you really be happily married for a second time?

For Example: name calling, putting his name on singles net, telling you that you have to go to the hospital because you have mental problems? Runs up his credit to the max and you haven't contributed to this debt.

I often read that when comes to adultery, the victim usually blame her spouse for the hurt he inflicted in adultery.

But the matter of fact is that did she realise that he is a flirt when they courted each other and fail to think logically before she choose the appropriate partner? How about the marriage vows that she undertake, isn't it a vow that i will love you no matter what happened, bet it good or bad times, till death do we part?

Or we take marriage too lightly?

She says she's done. Can't find it in her heart to work on our marriage.I am comitted to her always have been.I know it takes two,but if she says shes done.Does she just turn off every bit of emotion, forget about all the great times and just move forward wihout any regret.I have asked her many times but get no answers to my questions.I can't understand how my wife has just decided to move on without any consideration for my feelings. And my attempt to try anything to make this work.

I was diagnosed with ADD about three years ago and started to take adderall for it without letting my husband know. I didn't tell him because I know him well enough to know he'd have huge issues with it. He thinks doctors pass out meds like candy. But my diagnosis was a very thorough 3 hr. test. I took it on/off for three years. (off for 2 pregnancies in between) Nothing changed about my personality, character, etc. I was the same person, only able to focus on my responsibilities more easliy and the medicine gives me energy where under normal circumstances I would be drained.. We have an 8,4,2,and 1 yr. old and need to be on top of things to give proper care. Often, babies waking up in the night give me sleepless nights and drain me, but the med helps. Also, it curbs appitite and keeps me trim..which, naturally, I like. My husband has major objection with this and I regret even telling him. We haven't stopped fighting about it since I told him a year ago. He wants me to stop, I don't.

How many men out there care what kind of ring they get? I talked to a man that worked at a jewelry store and he said he picked out his own. Do men do this normally? Or do they prefer their women to do it? I've also heard that to balance out the cost of the womans ring vs. the mans that many women give their man a nice watch too (this is something I'm going to do) .. anyone else do that as well? or other gifts?

Just to ward off some of you meanies out there, it isn't about the money. I would like to give him something as nice as (I know) he's getting me.

my wife thinks that we should have some private things to ourselves. she has recently made a lot of friends on my space she claims it to be perfectly innocent and i believe her but some of the chain letters and the flirting that goes on with some of her guy friends makes me a little jealous. i asked her to keep it clean and she does most guys that flirt with her get an earfull...shes quite the firecracker. but it still makes me jealous that other men talk to her in this way. i dont want to be a controlling asshole but at the same time i dont want to be made a chump. so she thought it a good idea to not allow me to have the passwords to her my space account and has taken my access to her e mail too. i love my wife and i meant my vows when we got married. but it really disheartens me that she feels we cant share everything. she is a very stubborn woman and will not change her mind. i just am beginning to wonder if i should just get rid of the computer altogether.

My dad is remarried to another woman but still wants my mom and my mom 90% wants him back too. My dad is the kind of caring person so he knows that if he says he wants a divorce he will ruin my stepmoms life. (she has been married 3 times)
Now I have 2 new stepsisters but my dad is miserable. He said he would do anything to go back to the way things were and that this marriage was just a rebound relationship. He regrets it happening. I want my mom and dad back together but I don't want anyone to get hurt. What should he (and I) do???

She put a retraning order on him by manipulating everone into thinking he raped her but the truth of the matter is that it just didn't happen. He is trying to work with her for the kids sake but she is suceeding in getting the kids to belive that he is a horrible person, and won't agree to anything, but in the meantime she is now dating this other guy who is 24 years older than her and basically living with him and the kids are there for everything, the father only gets to see the kids every other weekend which is not good because the kids give him problems because of her. he feels that the kids are in a volitale situation at her BF house and wants to get them out of there, does he have any rights to that? The order for protection is just between him and her but she pushes that its for the kids when he doesn't have them, which is false. And now that I have realized what she is like she has turned the kids against me too. Anybody have any suggestions?

I have been with my boyfriend for 10months (living together for 2 months). He proposed new year. All is great apart from one problem. He is still married. He says he is in the process of getting divorced, but nothing seems to be happening. His ex insisted she file for divorce, but she hasn't given any info to him,and 11 weeks on nothing.I feel he is fobbing me off.He won't understand that I am upset and frustrated at the situation and thinks I have nothing to complain about and that it has nothing really to do with me.He says if I don't stop asking about his divorce,he will leave me.I don't want to break up, but I want him to respect my feelings and accept that I am finding it hard that he is married.I have tried talking to him,but he thinks I am in the wrong and that he can't/won't do anything to anything about it.I am at my wits end, and don't know what to do. Any suggestions?I don't want to leave him,but is that the only option? All ideas gratefully received,I am desperate to sort this out
