i'm married to a man in the military and we are currently seperated and i want to move back home to NM. but i have no money and i have 5 kids and my husband doesn't want to help me get home

See if you can stay with family until you can get a job and save up some money to do it on your own. Please just don't turn to the government to help you, if you are healthy and able to work don't milk the system. Also if you file for divorce he will have to pay child and spousal support.
