I have no idea!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I recently asked a question on here in regards to obtaining custody of our son. We live in Ohio and I've been told that it is a "mom" state. After a thorough investigation through the legal system, I have gathered information of her having each of her children with a different father as well as cheating. When we were together, while I was away at work on the grave yard shift, she slept with other men while the kids were asleep, even with my two-year-old son right there. She's also haven an affair with someone else (her best friend's boyfriend) and keeps running off over there with my son without leaving me contact info in case I want to talk to my son or for an emergency. She is betraying her friend about this and we are both hurt and upset. Because of her repeated patterns of infidelity, no money and residence, no job, no driver's license or permit (all of this spanning across almost ten years), and even possible welfare fraud, can this help me in seeking custody of my son? Thank you

We are working on an agreement. We both realize the importance of the other in our son's life. Once we reach an agreement on what sort of joint custody arrangement we will go with and the issue of child support need, how can we get it set in stone without having to pay too much in legal fees?
Worst case scenario = hiring a mediator. Or is this the only way? How much would this one cost me?

I want to aks this again. I am dealing with an awful ex-wife, who smokes around my 7 y/old son. We have 50/50 custody, she says it is not healthy for him, but I don't drink smoke or use drugs. I caught her loaded on meth 2 years ago, and she didn't see him for about 7 months. He one day my son asked "why don't my mommy want me". I answered she does just she is having trouble, I didn't want to hurt him. I should have taken her away, but I care about him. Now 2 years later, she is clean, and hollier than thow. My lawyer told me that if she has no grounds to take him away, that she will have to pay for my lawyer. I am wondering if anybody has dealt with this and had to pay for someones lawyer, or the other parent had to pay for the lawyer, because they had no grounds. I am just stressed, and not sure what to do. My son is my life. I just need some advise. Do you think it is unhealthy for a child to go trough 50/50 custody? Thanks allot.

Are you married to someone who has a hard time sticking to plans and promises with money? Have you been battling to keep your family out of the woods and not finding any kind of help from your spouse?

talkabout it, but there are things i need to know. what was he missing in our marriage, only married barely 2 mths. i thought we would both on top of the world. dated almost 2 years never cheated on me, that i know of. i question him why? What did she provide for him that i wan't. i brought it up again asked, why out of the blue he says i felt like i couldn't tell you things i want you to do sexually, scared i'll be upset.wo wouldnt you assume the woman he was seeing was fulfilling these fantasies. he even said he felt like she would do anything he wanted her to do. he felt like he was in control. he would talk dirty to her, so he did me to. if he wasnt' better satisfied wanted to be with her every opportunity he had wouldn't you say she satisfied him more or why not just come home to his wife. then he will say he don't know why he did it. maybe just the excitement of being with someone different to take place of things he couldn't do with me.

My husband tells me he loves me, and he's happy with me BUT lately when we hold hands he figdets with my wedding ring with his fingers, when he's sleeping or when we go to bed he will just put his arm on my side he does hold me close or anything, and he use to tell me how sexy i'd look in something if we went to Victoira Secret, but he does not do that anymore. I asked him why he does not say anything anymore and he replied "no reason." What are these the signs of?

because she met a guy on the inter-net,went to pick him up at the airport, and I am staying with one of her friends, well she comes over to pick me up because I went to spend time with the kids, well the guy was there with her, this is not the first time I have had to see him,and it gets me so tired of seeing him, I would only consider staying with her if she will respect me and keep the guy away. she said he is going back home, but I don't if that is true or not. what do you all think?

Many times I wish I was as carefree as the people around me. I feel like me being so responsible is almost like a disability, I worry about this or that constantly. I don't know what our household and children would be like if I just took a day off. I'm sure everything would be fine and everyone would survive, but I would be so worried that this or that is not done. I wish I could just go with the flow ...Does anyone else feel this way?

I am needing to leave my husband (for the fourth time) and he has a HUGE BAD temper that scares the kids into tears and me, of course. Each time I went back. Now my son of 13 1/2 is showing what he's learned - bad temper (and grades) in school and getting in trouble for it. I HAVE to go, but who wants to tell him (my husband)? NOT ME!!!

Ok, so I am currently married to a guy in the navy. We have a son, and a separation aggreement. He gives me an aggreed upon amount each month but still lives in the barracks receiving full bah.can he do that?! No one at his chain of command will talk to me! including navy legal, he went to them before he left my state and they said it is biased to talk to me. Now he claims he is getting out on a med discharge, (i've heard this for the past year) but can't/won't tell me when this is supposed to happen. Like I said, we have a son,I need to know if he will still have insurance! No one will tell me, plus, I don't even know if he is really going to be medically discharged. Everytime I call to talk to someone, I.E. Master chief,I ask them to keep it confidential and within a matter of a few hours,I receive a call from my ex, chewing me out for trying to check up on him. I don't know what to do!He says he is getting out, going back home to his parents to be a student, &won't pay support Help!

My boyfriend and I agreed that we will take a break, spend time away from each other. I asked him if he could give us a couple of months. I wanted to save the relationship this way because I became too needy of him as he was trying to focus on himself, trying to find a new job. He wanted to leave but I suggested to him to spend a couple of months apart, where during this period I'll not contact him so he can focus on what he needs to do and I can focus on myself. He agreed and said ok, let's do this and let's talk later to see how we feel. However, I am missing him so much, I really want to contact him. I am afraid that he will forget about me, I am afraid he does not think of me? I love him very much and I am not interested in anyone else. We have been togehter for 3 years. Should I contact him or should I stick to our agreement? It's been 24 days since we made this agreeement and we are both silent?

I am seriously done with this relationship. We have been respectful to each other in the presence of our children and have gone on with daily life. And today I said that it is time that he starts looking for a new place to live. He was really upset and now saying that it will never happen again. Well I have heard it all before and want to move on with my life. Honestly. What can I tell him? What do I do? If we keep having this same conversation of me saying move on, because I am trying to...I may say something I'll regret. Is that what I should say?
Please, what do I say to him to make this break up a reality in his mind?

It recently came to my attention that they may be moving out of State. I have two kids and a husband here, but the truth is if they move I would want to move to be closer to them.. I moved here with them prior to starting my family and my husband moved here voluntarily. Is it unfair to want to move. My children have yet to start school and I feel that my husband can get a job anywhere. thanks for any feedback.
