Why would he not file them?

I don't know what it is about me...really bad luck I guess...but I've been raped by five different men, two of them more than once. I'm married and and was attacked and raped by two men in my home while my husband was deployed (they are the two repeat offenders). The men are both currently in prison for the second time. My husband and I have been having some issues, which I'm guessing is normal, and I'm doing individual counseling for a while before we start going together (it was recommened by our therapist).

My questions for all the husbands out there: Have you ever had to deal with something like this? Is so, did/do you blame your wife for what happened to her? Did/do you think differently of your wife because of what happened?

I'm not very domesticated. In fact, when I offer to cook, he says, "NOOOOO!" And when I try, he laughs! Boohoo.

I see alot of married couple where the wife gets to be a beluga whale while the husband stays relatively normal. I understand they have kids, but do they just let themselves go with the mentality of 'I've got him trapped, there's no need to maintain myself'. I can see why alot of guys get erectile dysfunction in marriage as I don't know how I could get up the courage to have sex with a 200 pounder. I think my limit at most would have to be 160 until it's too unappealing. Would love be enough to look past the cottage cheese? I was in love and I noticed over time she gained some weight and let herself go alot. I knew at that point(especially after seeing her mom) that she would get gargantuan after marriage. Why can't they just stop being so large?

My bestfriend and I are both women and are both married. One night we kissed and did some other stuff. She won't talk to me anymore and doesn't want to be friends because of what happened between us. But I feel so guilty because I don't know if its considered cheating if you kiss another women and have women sex. Please help I am going out of my mind, I already lost my bestfriend I don't want to lose my husband too.

I've been separated from the common law hubby for a month now. We have 2 kids together. We planned out our 2nd child and he started to cheat a few months into my pregnancy, and I didn't find out until my last trimester, had my baby, and he continued to see her so I finally kicked him out. Now he tells me how he misses the kids but doesn't want a relationship with me because he now says he doesn't have feelings for me, but he doesn't know what he wants. So his solution was we live as roomates in separate rooms, I told him no, because I feel it's so wrong on many levels. I'm slowly moving on with my life, and well have handled being a single mom as best as I can considering I have a newborn and a toddler under the age of 2. Should I just keep moving forward? He still sees the kids and I don't stand in btw their relationship. However, this situation seems to just be lingering, if he wants it final then we need to close down bank accounts, split the belongings etc. What to do??

"Susan" and "David" are in a long term relationship and planning to marry this year or next.

Susan left college and moved out of state to help David pursue his career. David and Susan moved 5 times in 4 years; all over the country for his work, but now they are settled in one town. Susan, because of her sacrifice, now has no degree, minimal job experience, no friends. She does not resent her choice, but she resents the fact that David does not acknowledge all that she has done for him. David is pushing Susan to gain employment somewhere, but all that can be found for women in her situation pays little over minimum wage, whereas David makes almost $100,000 a year. Susan is now accustomed to staying home, and is rather happy to be a "housewife". Should Susan take a low paying job simply to please David? Should David be thankful for what Susan already does?
