The co-respondent in my divorce case has denied the allegation despite my husband admitting all, well that's after the whole pub were told and there being 2 witnesses the 2nd time. Since then she has been making false and salacious allegations to the police. Her sister recently attacked me, leaving deep marks on my neck and bruising to my arms and head. The police just gave her a warning!! Any help please??

I am just confused about this same sex marriage because I can not find any reason why is it necessary if no children can be born.

I just think it is some biological lack of something, because even chickens have never done this.

but she is currently separated and about to be divorced. it is a sure thing but just has not happed yet. i have been pretty good friends with her for about seven years even before she met the guy she is married to. i didnt really try to make it happen but it just did. she was telling me stuff like how she has wanted to be in a relationship with me for like 5 years but she didnt think i wanted it to be like that and didnt want to make the friendship weird or anything. it just so happens that i have kinda felt the same way. i still want to be with her and everything but she is still married so i dont want to have sex or anything anymore until the divorce is competely over with. i also still want to be there for her as a good friend and help her out however i can but i dont want any sexual relationship until shes divorced. i gotta pick her up this friday from work and i dont know how to tell her this without her getting mad and thinking i just used her for a one time thing.

I really need some advice. My husband just basicaly told me that I disgust him. We have been married for a year now. I work my tail off to make him happy. I do not have a job but am looking for one and I go to school. I cook and clean for him and I do everything in my power to make him happy. He told me tonight that he does not know if he love me anymore and if I want to keep him I need to lose weight and get a job. I love him so much, but I have no idea where this anger is coming from. Its out of the blue all the sudden. We have been fine up to today! What have I done wrong? He won't even consider counsaling. I am so depressed. I really love him but my dreams are diffrent ,I want to get married he doesnt and I dont like the town he lives in.Its only 8 miles away but I wouldnt want to live there.He shows up alot at the places I like to hang out and we talk.I always act cool.Like Im real happy to see him but I dont miss him but in truth I do I just dont see him changing and It hurts to see him .I feel he comes to those places wanting to see me.He acts like he is just in the neighborhood.I dont want to go back because I wasnt happy but we want to be freinds the question is how?.I want to be there for him in a real emergency if he needs me but I need to move on .Its hard to talk to others when he is talking to me..He claims he is seeing others.Im not sure I beleive him.I mean I know where he is friday and saturday.I feel he is checking on me plus he gives me lectures on safety and tells me I shouldnt hang out in a bar.I just want to be his freind swallow the pain and meet someone new.We were together for 5 years.

I have a situation here whereby I am lacking sex for 3 years after marriage... I got 2 kids... and was having sex just to make babies... and I can barely count with my fingers the number of time.. I have only been with this girl for 4 months. But of all the women I have met or even dated, they never come close to how great she is and how good she is to me and I love her very much. I have been with women far longer than her and never felt this way about anyone. I'm not some teenager with a high school girlfriend, I'm in the Air Force and well into my 20s. It looks like I will be getting orders to another base in August in another state. I love her very much and we are both very happy. I don't want to lose her as she is the best thing I have had since I have been here the last 3 years. I never wanted to rush anything with anyone, but she wants to go with me and I don't want to lose her. Should I ask her to marry me? I don't want to lose her as she could be 'the one'. Should I leave without her or ask her? She doesn't know I am thinking about this but I feel she would say yes.

My dad has had an affair with a lady 15-17 years younger. He is 40 years old. We found out in December. He said that he loved this "lady" and didnt know what to do. He has been with her ever since and my mom has told him several times to leave her but he doesnt want to. My dad has a GAMBLING?ALCHOL problem and doesnt want to admit it to my mother. Here's the story. I have a stepson that graduated high school last year. He talked about going to a presitgious private university. We told him he needed to get his loans, financial aid, scholarships, grants all figured out before he left. He could have gone to the same calibur university here or the local community college here but he insisted on going near Chicago. My husband haphazardly told him if he insisted on this college he would have to pay for it because it's a LOT cheaper back home. He blew the loans time and time again and then came home at xmas and didn't mention anything about money. He went back to school in february and called his dad (my husband obviously) and said he needed 10,000 or they were going to kick him out of school. My hubby is getting more and more addicted to bad habits and is behaving like a mentally disturbed person. I have tried my level best correct him. Even my small daughter has tried..but nothing is working out. He refuses to come to the docter and if I consult the docter also he gets angry. Moreover he doesnot allow me to speak to anybody..by mistake also if he sees me smiling to anybody..he gets very angry and criticises me saying that I am trying to attract them. I am a marketing professional by work..and have earned a very good name for me in the company. Nobody suspects me..I have earned good name and also love and respect from my colleagues. But at home my life has become hell. As per Indian tradition daughters will get married and go to hubby's house. So these days I am always tensed up about my future once my daughter also goes off. i have been married to my indian husband for 4 years now and we have a 2 yr old and another on the way,to cut a long story short we moved interstate away from my family and everything for his work promotion,he is controlling everything like
1)how much the phone bill should be,and the amount of times i call my relatives.(he suggests once a fortnight for 20 mins)
2)how much money is kept on my side of the joint account
3)what i buy for my daughter(it has to be absolutly needed otherwise it's a waste of money)
4)where we live
just basically everything he controls i don't really get much say at all,and he seems to think that because i didn't go all the way through school that im uneducated and dumb(im not at all)and he can make all the important decisions and i have to just shut my mouth and go along with it,he is also extremly money hungry,to him money comes first and everything else comes next,we have a new mortgage just a few months back,now he wants to take out a second buisiness

We have been trying to save money for a 2 car because ours went back.Anyways they are very well off and we are outcasted and they refuse to help.I know they could if they really wanted to.We just bought our first house all on our own without there help.We don't ask for anything and what we really need they refuse to help with.If it were my husband brother or sister they would have helped mounths ago.I feel so much resentment toward them because I know the bottom line is they just dont like me

I can not listen to my ex-husband 's voicemails or read my ex-husband's e-mails without getting upset, depressed and feeling generally down for a few days.

However, if we change custody of my daughter who is 14, we will have to deal with one another.

I am thinking of sending him an e-mail that I will not answer any voicemails or e-mails unless they have to do with sending our daughter to me.

I know that this will anger him, but I have just started a new job and don't know what else to do.

I feel very sad when I hear the lady that I work with taking such good care of her 12 year old daughter and my ex blames me for not being "there" for our child. I gave him sole physical and legal custody and he never followed the visitation rules.

Are there any other ways to deal with him?
