No one is EVER justified in cheating. When you marry, you make a PROMISE to stick it out, for better or worse and to remain faithful. Regardless of what your spouse does, retalitory sex is NEVER justified.
If the husband REALLY wanted the wife back, he had a funny way of showing it by sleeping with another woman. Any chance he had at getting his wife back is now GONE.
So, unless there is some MASSIVE amounts of forgiveness here, he's pretty much out of the picture.
Get the divorce, get some counseling and get on with life. Don't make the same stupid mistake again.

it is very disrespectful! First off why is she texting her boss? Hmm, seems like you may want to keep an eye open for this. The text thing was how my husband got caught messing around too. And if they are just joking around with each other why don't they do that in front of you? My ex-best friend and husband both used that it was joke excuse too. Hey you know what... it wasn't a joke though.

Neither is justified, they both promised to be faithful to one another. The promise applies to both husband and wife equally. This couple should probably just go ahead and get divorced, they are making a mockery of marriage.

Neither one of them has a right to say anything because they are not together anymore. They should get a divorce before they start sleeping around.

Neither are justified in cheating. They should have waited until the divorce was final.

Cheating is cheating. There are no winners. No one is justified to commit adultery. You could play echos forever and live a life of pure hell. When you cheat once, it usually makes it easier to cheat again.

According to the scripture (Holy Bible), they are both committing adultery. According to the old testament, they are both guilty. Neither is more justified.
For those who are not Christian, at least wait until after the divorce.

Cheating is always wrong so. I don't think the husband should want her back, but I don't know why they split up.

There is NO JUSTIFICATION for cheating. What is it about cheaters that they do not get this? If you have issues in a relationship you have to work them out and if you can;t you have to leave. That is what a committment is all about!
