Best to wait the 6 months. Why jump back into marriage, get to know each other

In Louisiana, if you are actually divorced, it is legal to remarry. Sounds like you got a legal separation. Of course, I could be wrong. Best to call an attorney in your state and ask him/her. Why are you jumping into marriage again anyway? If you were not cheating during your marriage, you can't possibly be with someone else long enough to know whether you want to marry them or not. My advice if to take your time, and be sure before you end up divorced again with a few children being the casualties.

Why risk it? and I'm not a lawyer, but I do not think it will be legal. As long as you have a pending "6 month" period, anything done in that time will not be legal. Besides, why the heck would you be in such a rush to remarry in that 6 month period. Slow down and thank God that you have a 6 month period to cool off.

Why in the world, would you want to jump right back into marriage?

What is your question again? I think you will cause some confusion if you do it this way.
