Jealousy will destroy a relationship. Let him look, as long as he is not touching. When he stops looking a women, get worried---He is either gay or he is dead.
All men look and all women look. There is nothing wrong with just looking.

Get dressed up and go shopping. Do this twice a week for no reason. Pick random hours and stay out for 3-4 hours at a time. Don't give an explanation when you get home, just look exasperated by him questioning you at all. When he says you should at least call, say "umm, okay", but don't.
Feel the power shift. In other words, go about your own life and keep yourself busy. Don't get caught up in his little mind games. Do what makes you happy, and live your life to the fullest.

Stop bothering as long as it is limited to looking around. Whenever you feel ignored just make your presence felt by holding his hand or piercing your nail he will realize his mistake.

get a makeover that he would like. give him a nice massage. do things he would make hime attract to you. He needs new happenings from you.
