If it's been signed by a judge and a final order has been recorded in the county records, no. Up until th point where the judge grants the final order yes. Language and proceeedures vary in states and countries; call the local clerk to be sure or check the jurisdictions website.

Yeah...it can be canceled. If it is just a petition that is.
However, if the divorce is final and the order has been signed then there isn't much you can do about it. Wait your thirty days and get remarried.
Of course, depending on your country or state laws...it will vary.
I did it and it cost me $75.00 USD. Three months later I went through it again.

A petition for divorce can be contested. A divorce decree is final.

Yes it's only the paperwork to petition the court
nothing is final until the hearing and decree are in front of judge judy and she put's her john henry on it. (and she is smarter then us on her worst drunk I ment day)
