I don't want the divorce. She has made it clear that she is with another man and will not come back to me. I have a feeling that this relationship that she is in will not last just because of what some of our mutual friends are telling me she has said. Should I just give her space and wait for her to come back to her senses? I have already told her that if she ever changes her mind that we can work on things. I truly love her and always will. So what do you say give her space and wait or try to move on?

I've been seperated for 4 years, divorced since early march, the man I've been seeing for a year just asked me to marry him, I love him, but I don't know how I feel about getting married again.

To be married and have a sexual dream about another man? What does this mean if anything??

Ok, so my friend liked this guy awhile ago, but it kind of fizzled out after they dated for a week and he was madly in love with some other girl. Last Friday, my friend and this guy had sex, at his house, twice. Now apparently today, he asked this other girl, who he is so madly in love with, to marry him, and she said yes. I think he is a complete dirtbag. I mean he cheated on this both girls, and then just proposed. Is revenge called for?
We were just brainstorming and we're thinking up some stuff to say/do. She's thinking she'll say something along the lines of "I'm really happy for you both! And be prepared, he is huge and amazing, I mean ah-may-ha-zing in bed." where she will walk off with some other guy (a friend) and glance back.
We thought another thing to do would be to seduce him, and get a picture. Then she can hand an envelope before she goes.
Is revenge called for? I don't think this other girl needs a lying S.O.B husband.
Any ideas for revenge too?

I just saw a poll where 70 percent of the people polled said that they would not marry the same person again if they had it to do over again and still have feelings for an old flame and believe they should have married that person instead of the one they did. Just curious what people on hear would say to that question. 70 percent seems high even though the divorce rate is about 52 percent.

My husband and I have been married for almost two years and we live far away from our hometown due to the military. In fact we live in a quite larger place and he has to travel far distances to get to work every day. I do not have a car yet. We only have his car which gives us problems so much. He really wants to sell the one he has to get a car that doesn't run and bye a motor for it. He wants to start racing. It seems to be a dream he has and by all means I do not want to affect that but I've been telling that maybe he should get a dependable car while we are here. We have 3 more years. I want to know should I back off , since he is the bread winner at the moment?

What is this?
How did you do this?
How much money and what else do I need?
Anything that's traceable, can I make it untraceable?
Will I ever be caught? Are there consequences for getting caught?

My sister told me in some what confidance that she has been doing drugs (harder drugs than your typical pot). Well, I told my husband. I just couldn't believe she is doing it!! I'm really hurt by it...for her. i know she is a beautiful girl and has so much potential...it hurts to think she is destroying her life...Was it wrong for me to tell my husband? Aside from the possiblity of him looking at her any different because hes' just not that type of guy. I feel like I betrayed her...although I wasn't the only one she had told...but I;m sure she wouldn't want me blabbing something like this all over... I would never talk to anyone else about it...

My best friend just came to me in tears and i dont know what to tell her...so im seeking advice from those that know...She got married a year ago..to a great man are so she thought...He had emotional affairs because is impotent...he never told my friend before she married him that he couldnt preform. which i feel he is wrong. once she found out she said ok how can u fix this...He stated surgery he never went..then he started having emotional affairs with other women for 8 months...Once she found out she was so hurt..She committed adultery non intentionally she didnt know she was that weak..she prayed and ask god for forgiveness..but now shes wants to leave so that he can go on with his life...because she cant live without being able to sleep with him and deal with his cheating ways and then deal with the fact she messed up. Will GOD punish her for this?
or should she stay .knowing that

And....says no-one is in his life. Lies to his adult children, cries poor & is alone, only to marry someone 6 mos post divorce. Gives her a diamond & has a new Harley coming.
And the wife & kids felt so sorry for him prior to this knowledge the wife lets him has 25K more in the settlement. He makes so much money that after the 2006 taxes of which the wife gives him all the house mortgage & tax deductions he still owes 10K. After she finds out & asks for the money back, he & his new wife say she's harassing him.

Let me just start by saying that my husband is very wealthy, making about $2,000,000 per annum. I have found someone at my tennis club who is also very wealthy who I want to go for. What's the best way to divorce my husband and partner with this gentleman while still being eligible for alimony payments. Is there any way to remarry and still collect the alimony payments? I just really don't want to be at a loss here if things don't work out.

I live in Newport Beach, California if that makes any difference with the divorce laws.

a certain person who attends the same church as me and my husband constantly asked him to do her favors.she knows me just as well as my husband but she always ask him.she has had opportunity to ask me as well but she doesnt.she will call my house and speak to him never acknowledging me.i feel it is up to my husband to say to her why dont you ask my wife.me as knowing that everything should be done in decency and order would have told the person after the first time that you must speak with my husband about this or that.i am truly hurt about this because he doesnt think enough of me to defend me as his wife.if anyone comes to me mainly from the opposite sex my first thoughts are how would my husband feel.he comes first.please serious answers only.and if you say confront the woman i dont blame her because she only did what he allowed her to do.

All. I have fallen in lobe with a wonderful woman. She is a single mother of a great 2 1/2 year old daughter. She was married to he childs father but he treated her badly. We have been seeing each other for approximately 6 months. Lately we have beomce more serious. She tells me that she loves me. 2 days ago she texted me "I love you so much". She also tells me that due to the bad experience with her ex that she doesnt think she will ever want to marry again. Looking longterm I would like marriage and kids. Should i quit this relationship now if it has no future or should i stick it out. Confused. Appreciate advice.

I am serious. I have a "friend" who believes that less women do this for their partners than I believe. I say it is more common than said "friend" thinks.
And for the record, I think it is a beautiful thing you can do for the one you love......

I just read an article that some people in Washington State are trying to pass an initiative that married couples must have children within 3 years of getting married or their marriages will be annulled. What do you think about that?
