Wanna run from bad man. Don't ever want him to find me if I can make it out. But he told me if I leave like this, I will have to keep running, and he may hunt me down.

If you have put this question in the Marriage and Divorce Section I am guessing that you want to go "underground" so you spouse can never find you again. You must be sufferring terrible to want to disappear. There is a Police Protection Unit that can allow this to happen....they can re-locate you and even give you a new identity. If you, and/or your children are in fear of your lives, then the first thing you have to do is to go talk to the Police and see if you qualify. Get as much information as you possibly can to present it to the Police....It will have to go to court, but it will be a closed court. This is the only way you can do it and not have any consequences.

If your life is so bad that you want to disappear...then you can do it legally. Its very hard to do, but it can be done. If you are in fear of you or your childrens lives, then make your plan of exit carefully.....let very few people know where you are going, and make sure you go a long way away, so it will make it very hard for anyone to find you. What I would be seriously considering is getting as much evidence you can against the person you are trying to get away from.....go to the Salvation Army./.....the Samaritans....the Police....let them know what is happening and they will advise you accordingly. Women do die in domestic violence situations and the Police are becoming much more aware of this....so you are not alone....there are people who will be able to help you. There is an alternative to what you are thinking.....you just have to ask for the help....you just have to tell people what is going on. The Salvation Army do not have a legal responsibility to report abuse because they are a Christian Organisation...so maybe they are the ones you should go to for some help. Firstly find out what an organisation or persons legal responsibilities are in regard to reporting abuse. If you are really afraid and you are alone, the minute you ask for help, you will find there are lots more alternatives than what you are thinking about. You have to make it known what is happening, then you will get the help you will need.

I just read your additional information...I was right. You are feeling totally alone...this man has instilled so much fear into you that you feel you cannot ask for help. Believe me, there is help for you...you ARE NOT ALONE. If you havent got the confidence to ask for help...email me, maybe I wil be able to show you ways of getting out of this situation.

Dear Desyra
I know you are hurting and there is nothing we can say to help or stop the pain. First is there any one that well be missing you be side the A hole you want to run from. Think about it. A women it is easy if no one really wants to find you. There have been women like the run away bride that did not get far. I have never heard of any one that has taken money and got away with it. There well always be some one that well see you and if the price is right well turn you in. Good luck and My God give you peace and the love you look for. The hurt you run from. I have met a person long time ago got fake papers got on sail boat and left with a man to go around the world. She was happy but missed the ones she left behind.I met her in an other country as she was sailing around the world. I heard of man that took alot of money and had face lift. Went to Island and then to city that there was no way any one would go there as it was way out of the way. A desaster happen and some people on a trip saw him as they know his move monents and his voice. They called the FBI and he was caught. One in a billion no way any one would ever see or go to where he was. The person that called the FBI lost a lot of money and was on a trip and would never have ever been in that city but a storm put him there. His wife did not reconize the man he was on TV and did not look any thing like his picture. He could not believe it when the FBI picked him up. Did you steal a lot of money or just running from a bad man.

20 years ago, this was alot easier. Now, in the information age, it is nearly impossible. What you must have is enough money to buy a new identity(probably someone close in age that is recently deceased)and relocate to a new country. Brazil is a good place to get yourself lost. Large population, less technologically advanced, and cash rules. What you need to know is that you can never have contact with your family or friends here if you truly never want to be found. Because if someone really wants to find you, and they have the means, you will be found.

Why you need to go underground will determine if you will be caught. depends on who you pissed off. Consequences...lets see...fraud, identity theft, and a host of other charges will be brought against you for sure. Plus, if you leave the country, it becomes a federal matter, and they dont have much sympathy for these acts. And you can never just go to an embassy for help if you get into somet5hing that you cant handle.

Your best bet is to bite the bullet and take your medicine.

I think your reffering to like... just disappearing off the face of the Earth... right? You don't have to be sure to make this decision because there will always be a way to get back home, and there is nothing to worry about.

You wouldn't need that much money because once you are out there on your own the only thing that matters is food, water and a place to sleep at night - no extra stuff like clothes, make-up, jewlery, if you've gone to the extremes and run really low on cash, sometimes even spending $8 on face soap can be counted as a luxury out there.

Its a big world... unless you like send yourself an e-mail stating percisely where you are going then chances are you'll be alright.

You won't get caught if you just randomly get on a bus and keep going for a couple of hours from place to place.

And the consequences aren't that severe. Usually you can get away with it if you are stressed, mentally unstable, or have just had bad experiences at home (in which case if they catch you, you will just be put into a foster home and your parents will be notified and the appropiate actions will be taken at your home).

I say go for it.

Yes- I wrote a book called "How To Disappear and Never Be Found". It's dated now, but there are some good ideas still in there. Abbie Hoffman also wrote some books on this subject. I would try moving to a country that doesn't really care about security that much- maybe Brazil or some of the island countries in the Indian Ocean. Yes, it does cost a lot to start out. You will need to have enough to live on for 2 years in the country of your choice. Then you can pick up odd jobs, meet people, and find better work. Lay low of all police-just in case they try to ID you. You can never contact your relatives or close friends again. This will be hard until you make friends. Good luck-plan for it first.

its not illegal as long as you dont fake your death or kidnaping etc.......You can just disapear and that will work....But that takes planning and in the planning stage there is a great risk of discovery.....And whats hardest is building and identity that wont be questioned.....And remember if you do this dont bring momentos because eventauly someone in your new life will find them and boy w3ill you have some explaining to do.....Also you will always have to live the lie you start....harder to do than you think.....have to get udsed to a newq name hometown etc.......try to keep it simple and close to the truth so its easier to remember......best of luck no matter what you decide to do....
