Well, I think first you should find
out what his needs are.
You should ask and
you should LISTEN very closely and
pay attention!
Watch his actions, is he affectioned, does he
communicate with you,
does he laugh, smile, touch or enjoy your company
A man will not ALWAYS tell you when he's unhappy
but his actions will.
Read body language, do you feel connected?

Consider if YOU are happy in the marriage- remember, it's a two way street. If he tells you he loves you, is happy to spend time with you, shares his hopes and worries with you, and is good to you, he's probably happy. I hope, though, that you can take the time to consider why you are asking this question... if you have a strong relationship, you should be able to ask him directly and have an honest and loving conversation between yourselves, instead of asking strangers (although we're happy to try and help!!). Good luck to you both.

My husband sings a lot! He's a little unusual.
Usually, a guy who is happy...just acts content...works hard...sometimes doesn't say too much. He comes home at regular hours and seems to have no complaints.
Also, his eyes say a lot...his kisses, too. :-)
Many men don't express themselves much. They show their love through fixing things around the house, sex, for men is a huge way they show love (most women don't know this). They love praise...absolutely hate to be criticized!
If more men knew that expressing, verbally, their love for a woman...well, it means so much! Many just don't get this.

A pretty clear indication is if he comes home from work on time. I've noticed that the more dissatisfied people are, the more they'll avoid coming home. If he comes home every night with hugs and smiles, then chances are he's pretty happy.

When he comes home from work he greets all of us with huge hugs and a hearty how are you. Plus the communication betwixt us is good and so is the sex. He works out of town, comes home every other day and counts the days until he can be with us. We are always on his mind.

Happiness is an inside job, so if he is connected to his inner soul, then he is happy. That is the only place any of us can find true happiness!

Men who are unhappy complain, are grumpy, don't want to do anything, want to be a way all the time, drink, party without their wife, watch a lot of TV, anything other than be with their wife.

Does he talk to you? Does he treat you as well as he treats his guy friends? Does he share secrets with you? Does he come home at night? Is he responsbile to you and the family? Most of all....why aren't you asking him this question.

they way he looks at you, the smile, the way he cuddles into in bed. The way he makes you feel when you go out. He doesnt ignore you. Its the same as if you guys were dating. Theres no difference. Does he still make you feel that way?

If he uses a lot of 'we' he's right where he wants to be.
- What if we go to a movie
- We could stay home and relaxe
- I think we need a vacation
- ( my favorite) We should go to bed
