For losing He had to have his mouth taped shut and iron for an hour while I watched TV. He kept his end of the deal. IT WAS BLISS!! lol. Feel a bit evil that I rigged it.

Now that you have confessed to another person (us) you will start to feel less guilty about it and will soon forget it. Wait a few more days and see how you feel about it, then.
At least you know you can feel guilty for being deceitful and will pass on that in the future:)

I fixed a bet with my husband recently.. We bet on who would have to do the dishes after Easter Dinner with the whole family (50+)...
He bet me that when my parents arrived the first thing my mom would say was "Happy Easter!!!!" like every year... I called my mom and she helped by saying "K.C. you lose the bet get the rubber gloves."
He knew I fixed it obviously, but still held up his side because he thought it was quite a funny way to win ( I offered to do the dishes because technically I cheated) ... I did help him a little though... I kept telling him "You missed a spot." My dad took pity on him and really helped and gave him a piece of advise "Don't go against the women in this family they will get you everytime, son."
If I was you I would come clean and offer to do what you bet in exchange for him ironing with a taped mouth... The guilt will only grow if you don't.... After this don't fix bets and especially don't fix bets then allow him to carry out the penalty without knowing it was fixed... ...

I would not confess. What he doesnt know wont hurt him. It was a harmless prank and all he had to do was iron and be quiet...not too big a deal. Just be extra nice to him for a couple days...the guilt will pass.
