Marriage & Divorce - 15 November 2006

i am frustrated with life. My wife was seeing a guy in her office. The guy is better looking than me. This happened a couple of months back. She came upfront and told me about it but later on i came to know of a couple of details that she lied about. She says she has nothing to do with the guy now, but i suspect something is still going on. I have two kids and i love my family. I love my wife but i just cannot carry on with my life. The thoughts of she being with that person haunt me day and night. i dont know wat to do. I cant live with her and i cannot imagine life without her. I cant die bcos my kids are too young. what do i do? can anyone outthere help me?

Do you think its tacky......we were considering it cause when we were married 6yrs ago, we could have the wedding that we would have liked, we had no money, familes fueding......and my mother-in-law hates me........after our 4yr anniversay and a new baby he left me and filed for divorce......we were seperated for a yr and later we decided to reconcile and now we have a 4mo old baby girl.....we have been through so much drama and i am still having problems with the MIL but he is actually starting to pull away from his mommy, so we were thinking if we can get past all this garabage we should renew our vows and celebrate it how we should have done 6yrs ago.....what do you guys think? Is it a waste of money since we have a 2yr old and 4 mo old? They will be 6 and 4 by then........

This happen back in June we have 2 kids together we were like soulmates, we never argued and could talk about anything. 2 months erlyer my best friend of 16 years left his wife and we let him stay with us then one day when I came home from work he told me that thay had fallen in love with each other and he just wanted to be happy, so needless to say i kicked them out then as a few month went by we sleped together a cuple times and she told me that she wanted to be with me agen but when I went to pick her up she changed her mind. 3 weeks ago he went to jail and she came back, it was like family agen and it felt good but the other day he got out and went back to him and now I'm along agen and I'm missing my family, the kids are going to hate it all over agen. I love her very much and am willing to change every thing for her, I always wanted to marry her but I have a hard way of showing love. she asked 3 questions erily under my name, you can read them and get her side to,no room 4 detal

I am friends with my husbands best friends sister (got that?). My husband has known her his whole life, they grew up across the road from eachother. When they were younger, she was 15 and he was 17, she came to his house and was in his room with a short sleeve shirt and without her hair covered (we are Muslim and this is forbidden). He told her to leave and told her he would tell her brothers if she didn't. She has wanted his since they were teenagers, but he didn't want her because she has no respect for herself. She has since gotten married and has 3 kids. Since she met me she has been extremly jealous and is showing it. She starts rumors about me and tries to make my other friends not like me. She even named her daughter Maysam (my husband is called Sam) and bought her a necklace that she makes her daughter wear everyday that says Mysam. What can I do? I know my husband has no intrest in her at all, but she still bothers me. Anyone else been through similar situations?

i really feel bad and i am crying right now and i cry every night
well i'll tell u my story
from 2 years when i was in 2nd year high school
i met a girl she loved me but i didn't love her
i said let's be friends i didn't want cheat her at that time i didn't feel any thing towards her also because i wanted to concentrate on my study
but when i finished high school i started to go out with her
we had alot of fun
and i started to love her
love grew up more and more we had a great love story
i considered it as a friend as a mother as a lover as a girl friend every thing in my life and i told her that
we had alot of problems and fights like any lovers normally we fight and then forget
but at the end she said i stoped thinking with my heart i don't know wha will happen later lets be friends and god knows what will happen later
it was a great shock 4 me
i feel lost sad and i am crying i lover soooooooooo much
i cryed in the phone while i was talking to her

Here is my problem, I have three kids that are all close in age. My middle one has down syndrome and is very attached to me. He gets really upset when he cries. I just moved here 9months ago, so I don't know anyone, most people here, don't want to. I don't go anywhere, I have no life. My husband works all the time and if anyone gets to do extras, its him. I am miserable. I hate my life most of the time. What would you do to change your life and outlook?

Two and one half years ago I met this guy who lives in my building. We became friends. We had an affair. He wanted me to live side -by side with his wife and not tell her anything. I became close to the daughter who is 2 now. I came and went into their apt and their life and now I feel guilty about the whole thing. He feels fine and wants me to "share him". He is not emotionally attached to me and promises me nothing in the future accept more time with his daughter and he will give me whatever time he can away from his wife when he has it. I feel strange being in such an arrangement and have told him to "count me out as a friend". Why am I not strong enough to get a person who is emotional involved in 'ME' ONLY????
I want to know how to stopmyself from getting into these strange arrangements right from the start.

My dad got a divorce when I was 7ish, and then he got engaged to a woman, Maureen. Maureen verbally abused me, and I know if I stayed with that woman anymore she would've hit me. She had a son and a daughter, I loved her daughter as a true sister and I miss her so much. Maureen hates my dad for leaving her [she's phychotic] and probably wont let me see her daughter, and even if she did, I would be scared of her trying to abuse me. Her father is my dad's friend, but I dont know what to say to be able to see my little sister again. It feels like she died since now she's just an old memory. I want her back. I love her. Anyone have an idea of how to get to my sister and love her again?

A few months ago, a friend of mine lost his wife to ovarian cancer. He does not want to get involved with anyone, but being "normal & healthy" he has certain sexual needs. A couple of weeks ago, he started to patronize a brothel in New York City. He went there again tonight & when they took him in the room to meet the "ladies" there was the 23 year old daughter of a friend of ours. She started to scream & ran out. After he explained the situation to the "madam" and her security men, the gave him back his money & he left. The young girl must think he is going to tell her parents & he wants to. I am telling him not to do that. It would only ruin their family. Just forget about it & let the girl know that. He feels her parents should know in case she gets a disease or hurt by a client. I feel it would devastate our friend & his wife. Beside, the girl is not a minor. My friend is here with me right now. Would you tell her parents or not? I wouldn't.

MY WIFE JUST LEFT WITH MY TWO CHILDREN. I'VE TRIED TO CONTACT HER BUT SHE WON'T RESPOND. I'VE TALKED BADDLY TO HER AND I THINK SHE IS TIRED OF ME. I'VE NEVER HIT HER AND NEVER WOULD. How does a women deal with a husband and all of his drinking? He hangs out with his friends and drink at least three days a week, but never seems to want to do anything with me. I would go with him, but he always tell me that there is never any women around. I am sick of it now. He couldn't even take me anywhere nice on our anniversary, we had to rush home so that he could get his drink on....I have been married to him for 22yrs, I love him to death, but this drinking is really getting old....I just don't know which way to go....

Since we have been married we have done nothing but grow deeper in debt. My credit rating was excellant before we married. I have paid his bills several times, thousands of dollars and now I am in debt too. Lately he has been writing bad checks, gets NSF notices every day mail comes. The phone rings constantly from creditors to him. I am a nervous wreck. Now tonight he has run away. I dont know where he is. This may be a good thing I dont know. I love him but I dont want any more lies from him.
