Here is a website that will give you the legal info, but the answer is no. She could go to the bar/club depending on their age restrictions (maybe have to wear a wrist band or something), but she could not legally drink at the bar. HOWEVER....it is okay for a spouse of legal drinking age to provide an underage spouse with alcohol (or underage children for that matter) at any private property. The two of you could go over to a friends house and she could legally drink as long as the alcohol was provided by either you or her parents. Hope this site helps.

I really don't think so. The legal age to drink is 21. Proof of marriage will not work for her being able to drink. I'm sure she will be 21 soon enough. She can still go to the club with you but not drink.

while you're actually not 21, militia or no longer, you will possibly no longer legally drink in public contained in the state of texas. The regulation demands each man or woman in a public putting even with age to have a image identity. That was once known, even my mom and dad might purchase me a drink and it would be served to them and that they might supply it to me, yet now that's observed as contributing to the delinquency of a minor. some bars will do it yet while a TAF (tobacco, alcohol, firearms) is contained in the bar and sees this the bartender will pass to detention center and the club temp. closed down. Or if a cop is in attendance. The regulation in texas says 21, militia installations have the comparable rules.... cheyenne

If the club doesn't allow patrons under 21, there is nothing you can do. If the club allows 18 and up, she can go in, but she can't drink. It doesn't matter that you are married. She is under legal drinking age. There is only one year left...wait it out!

In Ontario, Canada where I live that would not be permitted and I doubt very much that she would be allowed in a licensed establishment to the south of us either. Marriage license doesn't mean squat as far as serving of alcohol at clubs/bars etc.

Just because you are married doesn't mean its ok to break the law. drinking age is 21. Find a club thats 18 and over and have her be your designated driver

No. A person under the age of 21 is not allowed to drink, regardless of whether or not he or she is married.

YOU can go clubbin' all you want but SHE's got to stay HOME!
What does proof of marriage have to do with the fact that she is UNDER 21?
Rules is the rules. Go home, get your own cocktails and dance the night away behind closed doors.

She can go, she cant drink. It depends on the club though, some have age restrictions regardless of marriage.
