How about this. The next time your husband sets the thing down, pick it up, in front of him, and ask to see his text messages. If his face turns white and he reaches for it in a panic, there's something on there he doesn't want you to see... and why is that? If he's a good guy, he'd say, sure honey, here you go...
If you think he is cheating, then gather all the evidence you can and shove it in his face so he can't run from it. If you think something has just started and maybe not gone beyond the phone thing, step in now and lay down the law.

Here is something I did....
The phone was in my name. Most cellphone company's like Sprint, Cingular have internet sights that you can log on and check call history and text messages. My wife didn't know that or just didn't use it. So, I logged on using the cellphone # and created an account and password. I reaped tons of damning evidence to confront my wife with!
Good luck!

The phone company should be able to get you that transcripts. But why go into all this to prove that eithr he is cheating or he is amorous? Tell him on the face and tell him you are out if that is what you want.
The thing is uf you go beyond you will get yourself more hurt and there will be more and more pain...you watch

You only need to call customer service of the provider. They will give you a detailed list of calls and text messages. At least I know Cingular does.

Call the phone company. Keep trying until they give it to you. They store them for a certain amount of time.

Sorry but it can't be done. If there is any possibility it would involve a court order.
