told me it was awesome to have the peace and quiet. he also said the thought actually occurred to him to drive into nyc by himself and go clubbing and try and bang as many girls as possible since his wife was out. he said he didnt do it though. when he told me that i was completely laughing to myself because thoughts like that have hit my head too! (im married as well) is this a common thought to hit our guy heads? are we alone?

My wife and I are getting a divorce and she is keeping me away from her 3 year old daughter whom knows me as daddy. I want to fight for time to visit with her but my ex refuses because I have a history of drug and alchol abuse, domestic violence and I am not currently in treatment. But I have been somewhat sober, but she feels my being in and out of her daughters life (Iwas in jail 2 times in our 2 year marriage) and my sobriety effects our daughter. She is also fighting to have my visits with my son supervised as well. Do you think it is fair to take away this little girls daddy? I must add, I never paid money during our marriage toward her daughter, my wife supported us completly, and when she left me to watch our daughter once she came home and I was drunk, but I am sorry and just want to see my girl but my ex says she has seen to much and it is over, besides my sister was just arrested for threatening to kill my daughter and I live with her..what do you think

its just i got my childerns dead beat fathers phone number but not an adrress. i called child support and they told me i need an address i called the phone number and his new woman picked up. Now that i know its his number now i need to find his address. it a cell number through sprint.

Judge grants joint custody in a temporary hearing. Visitation is scheduled until the OSC. Work schedule has changed. Can one parent pick up the other child a few hours earlier than scheduled from the sitter if the other parent is at work with joint custody rights? or can the other parent call the police for a violation?

is just that we been together for 8 years and married for two, and ive tried to work things out for the last 5 years and when i had my boy nothing seem to matter but still cant escape the fact that im not in love with my wife anymore not because of how she looks cuz she had the baby or anything like that..its just that i dont look at her the same way as i use to..im even ignoring all the females around me so that everyone wont think im doing this for another girl...i just wanna be with my boy for rite now.

back together and now it has been almost a 1 1/2 yyrs since i saw this guy but he still e-mails me.....and I will e-mail him back but just hi and how are you doing......this guys parents are my son god parents and his parents are friends with my parents........and now me and my husband are not working out, it was a HUGE mistake to get back together.......he has no respect for me, he doesn't care about my feelings and his parents absolutely hate me and his mom is always saying rude comments to me and he does nothing about it, he continues to let it go and i am getting sick of it.........and this guy that i dated while were seperated is still interested and he keeps e-mailing.........its as if he is just waiting for my husband to screw up again..........what should i do, or is it wrong to still keep in touch with him, i just feel weird in just not talking to him anymore, since i have known him since i was 14, he was my chambelan in my quince and our family are friends........advice?

I met my wife when I was about 22 and in shape. I used to skateboard until I got hurt and never got back into sports even though I have asked her to do active things with me, she just never wanted to. Fast foward 5 yrs, 2 kids, and desks jobs later, I have slowely gained 100 lbs. I am a great father, and do the best to be a great husband, but I feel like she is repulsed by me. Sex is obsolete, even though she was never really that outgoing or open sexually. I dont blame her for feeling the way she does, but I never expected her to act like she stopped loving me. She acts like she doesnt care about me at all, and she finally admitted that she is like this because of my weight. I want to lose weight for myself and my kids, but Im starting to feel that I will so recentful when I do, that I wont want her anymore. I go out of my way for her, but she seems to go out of her way not to do anything for me, not sexually (obsolete,remember) just in general. How am I supposed to feel?

I'm married but for years desired to leave my marriage if my husband didn't straighten up. I have now met someone who makes me happy but I'm unsure because of only knowing this person for only a few months. I no longer really want to sleep with my husband, partly because I constantly catch him jacking off to porn (which really hurts me), partly because I don't like the way I look anymore and because he doesn't know what he is doing or how to last. I know I care about him and love him, but I never seem to want to be affectionate with him either. We still have fun together sometimes and he's the one I turn to when I'm down but I am wondering if maybe he is more like a best friend to me. I realize how special her grandkids (my husbands younger sisters' kids) are to her, and that is her perogative. However, my husband and I don't have children. I am, of course, more adult-oriented. I prefer to use my money for nicer gifts for the adults and small gifts for the 2 kids who are already getting everything on the planet. Isn't it up to me how I ration my gift money? so, i am almouste shure my dad is having an afaire, that he is cheating on my mom.. i'm just 13! and i'm the onley one who knows.. my mom is really sensitive and she is soooo afraid of an divorce, becouse my parent alreddy had some big fights and it came to the divorce option.. it broke my moms heart ... now its finally good between them.. and now i find this out..
